Also come out with a ton of stuff when I visit. Come here for dog treats, vet visits even had my puppy trained here. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly

Really bad experience. Found an item that ended up being clearance priced and cashier did a price change because she wanted to. I don't know what she gained from a .98 cent upcharge but you lose future sales from me. Enjoy! Buy yourself a treat so you can smile.

I went at almost 10AM and so the store was very quiet. I was mostly there to wait for a neighboring store to open, had fun looking around. Loved how all the fish looked well taken care of. All the animals looked healthy as well. I bought a few items as to not be loitering. My kitties love their new toy :)

The groomer that did my dog's hair did a better job than the groomer that I've had for 14 years! I'm so happy with what she did with my baby!!!

Horrible!!! My dog looked like a stray! Ears are uneven and he still had a dog smell, i dont even think they bathed him! He will NEVER GO BACK.. I had to go back to get a full refund! Beware! Keep your pets away from this place for grooming!!! And the sad thing is the manager Kimberly is the one who groomed him! 2 thumbs down!!! 👎🏾👎🏾

Princess Polkadot loves her spa days with Adrian. She loves sniffing out new friends and their families. There are amazing raw food options for her and the veterinary staff know her by name and spoil her with care and kindness. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. This is a regular family outing we all enjoy. Daddy doesn't mind picking up PP's accidents, because the poopy supplies are always close and stocked. Lol.

Ill never shop at this chain again. I received a coupon book when I brought in my proof of a recent adoption from DAS. The first visit I had no problems using them, but on a subsequent visit, I was told their systems were down and they couldn't apply rewards to my purchase nor could they accept coupons. They assured me not to worry since all I had to do was bring back the receipt and coupons and they would apply a credit on my next visit (according to the cashier). As instructed I returned, bought more merchandise, then handed the receipt to the cashier and explained what I was told. It only took me 3 times explaining the same thing for him to finally understand I wanted the credit I was promised on my previous receipt and not trying to use them on my current purchase. He called his manager over. When I again explained the details, the manager basically called me a liar and told me managers can override the system and enter coupons manually so he didn't understand why they weren't entered. He then told me if I'd like to repurchase the products, he would gladly apply the coupons. I told him he could keep the coupons and the $150 worth of merchandise I was about to purchase and walked out.

Average pet store but the staff is very friendly so I give it an extra star. But it's not anything special it's just your regular run the mill petsmart. Yes prices are overpriced and expensive because you're paying for quality food but be very careful what foods you buy for any animal you own. Because nestle and the other companies that generally have a monopoly on the pet food industry they make kibble that is not good for cats or dogs. Oh we do research before you buy any food for animals learn what the ingredients are and what the best brands are, Really I'm just doing this review to let people know that don't cheat out on your pet food especially cat food. A lot of cats die from renal failure and that's because drive does dry kibble that sold at pet stores and grocery stores are full of grain and corn not meat and that is what they need meat. Anyways a very helpful staff there I never have any issues, The older young lady on the front that's there in the morning is always super polite and friendly even when I have a miserable night off of work picking coming in to pick up stuff. Usually I hate going out. To buy anything a At a store in person because I usually hate the customer service there but this place is good. 96 oblong's out of a possible 3042 satoshi's. Final rating I have spoken. Because I am using voice to text.

Unsanitary and unsafe for the animals. I bought one of my whites tree frogs from here. He had a odd mark on his nose, was severely underweight, and in a very small terrarium with other species when I bought him. Come to find out, he had a bacterial infection of psuedomonas and the small spot on his nose was there because it was eating away at him. Psuedomonas is a nasty infection and spreads from living in unsanitary conditions and it is apparently common in corporate pet stores. It led to a 3 month battle with my poor frog that he unfortunately lost. The bacterial infection turned into red leg which costed him a long and painful death despite me getting him vet care and antibiotics. I was too late. My other frog came from another location and is doing just fine and is healthy. Please take better care of your animals. Change their bedding and water more frequently. Don’t wipe everything down with the same rag. I see that others have said that the fish they purchased at this location were in filthy water. Please do better or find another job. Their lives depend on it. Photo shows his appearance when I bought him and then a few weeks before he passed.
