Jazmine is the BEST DOG TRAINER EVER!!! She is overqualified she answered every question I had about training my new puppy. Which toys help teething and the proper dog food. That girl needs a raise big time!!

I called this establishment and spoke with a young man on the phone and simply asked if bubble mollie fish could be a thruple and my male fish kept getting my 2 female pregnant then fighting the new baby mama but as I finished explaining he hung up on me in my opinion very unprofessional and i am very offended from this incident if I could I would give this place 0 stars.😡

Clean and better selectios from the others... I went from one with no so clean tanks to the this store ... I would drive further to this store just for the cleanliness and selection.. Thanks👍

My wife and I are avid reptile keepers. We stopped at this petsmart and noticed this upon entry. Leopard geckos CANNOT physically digest vegetables, they are insectivores. Feeding a leopard gecko this will indefinitely impact and kill the reptile. I brought it up to the cashier so he could notify the pet care dept and the cashier told me “oh no it’s okay we feed them this.” And showed me a pack of Mazuri reptile pellets as if I couldn’t tell the difference between seeing a juvenile gecko eat a carrot as opposed to solid brown pellets. please refrain from taking animal care advice from this store.

While they have been out of red wigglers for a bit I know that has nothing to do with the staff at this location. Stupid supply chain. Anyhow the tall dude that's usually stocking or at the register is always helpful. Either directing me to where an item is, checking other locations, sending me my Santa photo, or just genuinely saying hello. Always pleasant.

Worst grooming service I ever experienced. Asked to leave it 1inch high and they cut everything down to the skin. To make it even worse they left everything uneven at the head.

Not as big as some others, nor does it have Banfield located inside. But sometimes a smaller store gives a little more personal experience. The groomers are in my top 3 in el paso.
