Went to drop off my dog for grooming this morning and the groomer and another store employee wanted to argue with me about "it is policy not to have dogs wear there collars in the kennel" even when I tried to explain to them that it is a tracking collar if something happens to her. Looks like it is time to find a new grooming place for her especially since the one groomer she loved is no longer there.

I will NEVER shop at @petco again. I went to the #midlothian Petco store and arrived at 7:55pm, and the doors were locked. The sign posted on the door clearly states the store closes at 8pm. I knocked on the door, one of the associates said the manager David, told them to lock the doors. I asked to speak with David and explained to him I needed to run in and grab something and that the doors shouldn’t be locked at 7:55pm, yet the stores closes at 8pm. David, the manager told me at 7:55pm his system said 8pm and ‘they go off the time their system says not the time my phone says’. I then tell David ‘it’s still not 8pm , and you could let me in’ he says to me ‘I don’t have time to argue with you’ and literally closed the door on my face. I have never experienced anything like this. This experience was very hurtful and certainly unwarranted. I’m going to post my experience EVERYWHERE! This behavior is unacceptable and I didn’t deserve being treated this way, especially by someone in management, and I want this situation corrected, so no one else has to experience being treated this way.

This store is probably the worse retail store I’ve been in, in nearly 5 years. You can’t have prices all messed up around the store and know it but not do anything to change it. You can’t disregard questions about pricing saying most of a specific area is priced wrongly. If you work at a place like this, you need to have pride or your store will look like it did today with empty shelves, pee on multiple areas of the aisles, and customer service that is below par. Update: Manager called and said the price was above the shelf. That I was at fault for them putting it in wrong place. How they handled the situation deducts a star. Would give them 0 if I could.

Very friendly and helpful employees. I drive out of my way to go here, passing up two PetSmart stores...that's how much I appreciate this store.

Love my dog groomer, BRI. She is the best. Always does a great job with my Shih Zu. I have been going there for about 3 years. My only complaint is she has to work so hard. Petco is constantly understaffed. Management needs to do a better job retaining grooming staff. One person shouldn't have to do it all!!!

Charley was 9 months old today, so we took him to Petco for a field trip. He loves watching the fish and Dragon lizards along with my grandson.

I have a blue nose pitbull, very well behaved young boy, he was shy entering in, but the staff encouraged him, and spent time with him. I really enjoyed the experience, he loved it also. Blue and I will definitely be going there from now on.

I made an order online for pickup and the email said it would be ready in about 2 hours. 5-6 hours later I just go to the store and tell them I am tired of waiting so they really quickly got my order together.

Decided to have both my long haired German shepherds groomed even though I was very leery considering a not so SMART rival absolutely butchered my older shepherds trim a couple years ago. The salon manager, Christian Ramirez, understood my concerns and did the bathing and grooming herself and knocked it out of the park and it was much cheaper than my last grooming with the other place.
