Very annoyed and disappointed... there is a new staff, a woman who attends very badly, they also close on Sundays at 10:30 and I arrived at 9:30 and she told me she would not attend me because she was going to close... how?... if she was missing 1 hour!!!! She behaved very rudely, she almost pushed me because she had to go home!!! I've been a loyal customer for years and I'm thinking of changing because these staff really don't cover what is required for customer service! !

This place should be called Little Trash. I ordered a beef pizza and it was under cooked. LC pizza is Junk when cooked all the way so I wasted money. Not sure what the deal with Midlo and terrible food service is…

Seemed organized. They were busy making pizzas like crazy. Not a long wait though. Online system was not working for placing orders. The brownies didn't look anything like the pictures.i think I should've returned them . I think they had been sitting around awhile. Pizza Quality was good and tasted great. Good amount of toppings.

The whole pizza was supposed to be 3 meat treat, I was trying to call up there 1 minute before they closed. No one answered the three calls, so I did the only way I know y'all will see this since we couldn't answer our phone. I would like to fix this mess up or y'all just lost my business.

It is a great place for when you're strapped for cash or if ya got a lot of friends coming over and it wont break the bank. Only problem is that it is so hit and miss. I understand its 5 dollar pizza, but when ya pizza has almost no sauce or has an air bubble it's just bad business. Hope fully it gets more consistent.

We decided to try their new delivery service. It doesn't say on their app when you order it is 3rd party Door Dash. Apparently the driver could not locate us, but would never answer the phone when we called. I sat at the end of my driveway with flashing lights. Then we get a text that they had arrived and would leave our food in a "safe place", yet I'm at the end of my driveway. While this is not Little Caesars fault, I have been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks. It has been the worst experience and will never do it again. My review here is to warn you...

Update: Gonna have to change my rating from 4 star to one star due to a management change and firing of all existing employees. I went to order and I get a person on the phone that speaks broken English. Had to repeat my order several times. once I got there I was overcharged for my order (should have been $18.40) and the thing that prompted this change is they put sausage in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish and I take offense to this. I will not be returning.
