Not every establishment is perfect, especially considering the fast food industry. We’ve been ordering through this location for years, and 4/5 they would have the proper order made, the other 1/5 times there would be one or two things off with you pizza and we would just make it work. This last order we made through the online app, the pizza was completely wrong. I called into the local store, and they fixed it immediately and had it delivered.

Food takes too long on deliver waiting an hour and a half for. 35 to 40 min delivery time and when You call they put you on hold then diner answer

Just opened a new location and it already is top notch. Great service and quick to get orders out. Of course papa johns needs no introduction

40 minute p/u for 1 large pizza. Manager was apologetic which I appreciated. Pizza had 5 large bubbles (poorly made). PJ'S is my favorite of the major pizza chains, but this one needs to work out some "opening" kinks. ***Update*** Ordered again (07/18) and pizza ready in 15 minutes and looked and tasted good!

Driver left pizza on door step but didn't ring doorbell or knock. Call manager he said pizza had been out there for 10 minutes. Nothing he could do to make it better. I suggested a hot pizza and take the cold one back. He flat out said no. More training is needed. I hate pizza warmed up in the microwave.

We have been waiting for this franchise to open in Midlothian! I placed an online order for pick up - pizza was done on time, as ordered. Pizza was hot and fresh! Staff at the store were busy but helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

Waiting over an hour and still do not have our two papadias,their excuse was people ordering online were getting ahead of us.It was supposed to take 15 minutes Been over an hour and they say it will be another 15 minutes.Tis us not acceptable.Worse service ever.
