It was extremely difficult to contact Jostens. Their hours online are false. They do not close at 5pm during the summer. I went up there in person numerous amount of time, during their summer hours which were Monday 10am to 12pm. And they still failed to be open. I was only trying to return a lost class ring, I found at a restuarant. I hope the owner gets the ring back.

The service is terrible there. The lady with the short blond hair is extremely rude. Will tell you one thing on the phone, and another in person. Dishonest.
