At first you get bombarded by smiling faces getting you as you walk in offering help. But I came for salon services on this day and my stylist is ah-maze-balls! She hooked up my mane which is naturally curly and gave me a super smooth blow out and flat iron. Ask for Kaci and she'll hook up your do like no other

I stopped in to look for some assistance with foundation. Two associates greeted me at the door. I looked around and an associate asked if I needed help. She aided me in finding a matte foundation, powder and setting spray. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I left satisfied. Very good service.

Very unprofessional staff. Waited in line for 15 minutes while the staff just chatted and purchased products themselves then got up to pay and told them I didn't really want to make an account just check out. They wouldn't check me out then had the lady behind me give them their account number, so she would get my points. After 15 minutes of listening to y'all chat I just wanted to check out and leave honestly, but for sure won't be going back. Reminded me of why I shop at Sephora.

5 people working and only 2 of us and 1 other woman who was checking out.... the manager came up to register to assist. Clearly saw I'd been next in line for10 min. Never offered to ring me up... so I asked her... she seemed very put off that I asked. .... so sorry to ask ... attitude adjustment maybe needed.

I’ve been here a few times and the staff are always so rude at the checkout. Last time I went, 4 were standing behind the counter chatting while only one person checked people out with a line of 6+ people and were even friendly to us. The place had hair all over the floor and half the shelves were messy and unkept even though they were fully staffed. It’s just a lazy location and it’s uncomfortable to be at a place like that. Thankfully there are plenty of other locations to go to so I recommend those instead. You can tell they have staff review this store because they have 1 review on their profile, versus the bad reviews are from people who review places often and are legit.

Went into Ulta salon to meet Dana Lackey for a cut and color, this was my first time having services with Dana so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the start she made a wonderful impression; she was on time, (if not a bit early) and was super sweet, so my first impression of her was amazing. I had a picture of what I wanted and she gave her ideas and input, which was exactly what I was wanting for my hair. She was very thorough on questions for color, cut, and offered ideas throughout the coloring process. The outcome was gorgeous, and I am very pleased with my hair! It’s a shame I didn’t have a before shot of my hair to now, a huge transformation that has left me a happy (and now permanent client). Not once did I feel that she rushed the process of either cut or color. She even gave me a tutorial on how to get the lived-in curl look. Overall, I am so pleased I found Dana and I look forward to my next hair appointment with her.
