Took forever in drive thru. I mean like 20 mins. And got nothing but drinks in my bag. No food. I didn't even order a drink. 1st time at a taco casa. Maybe other locations are better but this one needs to figure it out.

The family and I stopped in for some tacos. We didn’t feel like Taco Bell or Taco Bueno… I’m glad we stopped in this classic spot. The main takeaway of this experience was how clean the restaurant was/is. All counters were wiped, the napkin/utensil/condiment bar was spotless and stocked. The food behind the counter was on full display and looking fresh. The trash can to dispose your trash was clean! The restrooms were both clean and useable! My 4 year old had to use the bathroom and the commode was exceptionally clean! How refreshing to eat at a clean, well maintained fast food restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. We aren’t big Taco Casa people, but this place just won us over. We love the 70s vibe of the restaurant. It is a little bizarre sitting in the red/yellow/orange restaurant. It’s unlike any place you’ll eat at. It felt like we were on a road trip and stopped off late at night to grab some tacos in the middle of New Mexico. All the lights were working Ceiling tiles clean Air conditioning fully functioning Bathrooms had paper towels and hand dryers Stocked toilet paper in updated dispensers Faucets worked! Staff was attentive Food was made and served very fast The manager was on duty making tacos for the drive through. (I spoke to him and complimented his restaurant) This is the way fast food restaurants should look and operate. Tacos are affordable! My 2 and 4 year old loved the bean burrito. It wasn’t too spicy for them. They really like it. Huge win!

This location serving Rhome/Newark is great. Order always fill accurately, unsweetened and sweetened tea always marked properly in the drive through. Friendly staff that can be understood on the drive through speaker. I'm pretty positive they hired away some staff from the Jesus chicken place because THIS location has the BEST staff of all the Taco Casas we go too.

This was a take out I had the super nacho it was excellent they separated the chips the meat that cheese in two different containers so it wasn't soggy

I moved here from Florida there is no taco Casa's anywhere near Florida I haven't had Taco Casa in years and it's my favorite taco place I had to chips and beans and guacamole and the taco Burger oh it was so good

First time here. Food is good and the portions are large. Should have eaten a lot less than I did. Had a super tostada and a super taco. My wife had a taco light, fried flour tortilla, it was really good.

Love this restaurant but this location is going downhill fast. Portions are smaller and it through off the whole taste of the food. Hot sauce is still fire af though

Please check your order before you leave the window. Tonight I did not check mine until I got home, there was no mild salsa in the container. I tried to call ten times times simply to let the on duty manager know. They would not answer the phone.. If they were out of item that is supposed to be included with your order it would be nice to be told at the time of the order. The phone should be answered even when you are busy. Food is good, staff are typically friendly. Just disappointed in this experience.
