Finally got a good bank!

When I walked in the 101 building I was distracted to not see the bank location behind me. 1st time there and I saw 1st the office doors tgat appeared to require a badge to get in verses the public bank entrance. Which I started fumbling with my phone to be sure I was in the right place. Had I looked ahead I would have known I was. The fact that I googled the nearest Regions bank near me from Taylors it did not show the E. Washington St. I was headed downtown and if my husband had not told me its 1 downtown toward my destination to make the deposit for him I would not have known. Google only showed Pleasantburg location? Upon arrival tho, great customer service and friendly greeting.

I have never had a problem with customer service or their Tellers in over 5 years. They are my personal Banker. I am not just an account number to them, l am a person as they are. James, one of the Teller's at the Washington St. Branch is one of the best. I will continue banking at Regions. Satisfied customer.
