Had two bad experiences with the same bank teller. My first experience was about cashing a “fake” check which was a work check. My last experience was getting hassle about my hundred dollar bill being “fake” because it was ripped. She took a glanced at it and told me it was “fake”. First it read through the money counter numerous times, that wasn’t good enough for her , so she did the pin test, which she said it didn’t read, (which is a lie) So next she proceeded to use the uv counterfeit light, which I’m sure it passed. The bank teller was still not convinced, she grabbed hundred dollar bill out their draw, taking it to the back to convince their manger theirs are real mine fake but, the manger approved my hundred dollar bill. After this obstacle course they finally decided to let me deposit my “fake” hundred.

I wish I could give Logan (Branch Manager) and Ricardo (Associate) more than 5 stars. I called with a strange request today and they were extremely helpful in helping get my issue resolved. Super thankful that they took the time to hear my concerns and to help! It's hard to find this type of customer service at large banks these day and they made me feel like I was truly a friend they were wanting to help. Thanks so much Logan and Ricardo!! Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is not safe for South Carolina Residents. Wells fargo home mortgage can only access your account if it is wide open. Since the Government of South Carolina has been Hacked the personal information of millions of us are out there to be stolen. The way to protect yourself is to freeze your credit wih all three of the credit bureaus. This allows you to control who has access to your credit, and will allow you to permit only the companies you want to pull your credit with a PIN number they will supply you with. Wells Fargo, the nations fourth biggest bank, does not have the ability to use this system and will intimidate and demand that you leave your credit wide open for them to pull your credit. This of course would also allow anyone with your exposed information to steal your identity and open as many accounts as they wish in your name
