Terrible service, any issues you have the staff will do nothing and offer no alternatives. No atms in the area or even at the bank itself.

The employees here know us and are very helpful. We were disappointed to learn recently (spring 2022) that in a year or so they plan to move farther away from us, to the Verdae area, I believe.

At first it was Pinnacle bank and it was great, then Carolina Alliance (not nearly as good), then sold to Park National (which is a joke). Too many issues to list here, but I’d steer clear of here. Oh, and if your password changes on your debit card or you receive lousy service —you’ve been warned.
