Battery end came off, again. First in Pigeon Forge advance there was helpful and put it on. Mcminnville one said he couldn't do it. He a young boy. So me and a woman co-worker put it on. Really hope he reads this

Just stopped by to get some help replacing my car’s remote keyless entry battery. Terrible customer service with a “I don’t know how to do that, or do I have a need to know how to do that...” by the man behind the counter. Yes, he said that. Wow! So now I’m literally down the road at Auto Zone being assisted by someone who obviously does have a need to know how to do it... and less than 5 minutes replaced it! My next review will be to Auto zone thanking them for helping a customer.

2 separate occasions now that I’ve been lied to about the UPS drop off at this location. First time I went, that clerk refused to provide me proof of package being dropped off under the false claim that he didn’t have time to do it. I decided that I’d wait and contact corporate. He then proceeded to take my package and give me proof of it being dropped off. 03/08/21 3:00pm, I walk in with a package and the clerk states that one particular employee is the only one who does the receipts. In other words he lied to me. Why are people so lazy and don’t want to do their jobs at this particular location. It takes less than a minute to provide a receipt to a customer. The clerk today just lied to me and should consider having some integrity and professionalism when it comes to serving customers.

I love going here the employees are so nice especially one guy steven he was so helpful Steven even took the time too PUT my wipers on my car for me thanks Steven your a nice guy and a great worker keep it up I will be back too this store definitely

This is a very great store to get your parts the associate that helped me his name was Steven he was such a nice gentleman he took the time to look at my radio and got it working again I am very pleased I would recommend this part store to anyone thank you all so much

Store would not honor oil change bundle price shown online and show on flyer in store, blamed corporate and "the system", absolutely deceptive business practices. I drove 40 mile one way to get the deal so I am out 80 miles in fuel and 2 hours of my time. No customer service was available to help with this. No upper management was available. Store manager could not have cared less. I will blast social media with this as well as Google, Yelp, etc. Horrible company, just cut up my rewards card and will never give them anymore money and I vow to drive customers away from doing business with this company.
