First time here and this was delicious!! The O.G. chicken sandwich was juicy and filling. I added cheese to mine and made it even better. The Mac n cheese was incredible and tasted homemade. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Richmond!

We visited today and we’re pretty bummed. We ordered the Asian Persuasion and another sandwich. The Asian Persuasion is listed as having a spicy ranch and a Korean sauce. HEADS UP: both of these sauces are spicy! My daughter asked for it without spicy ranch but we didn’t know that the Korean sauce would also be spicy. A note on the menu would be wise. Also, we waited almost 30 minutes for 2 to go sandwiches (but we then ate outside). After realizing my daughter could not hang with the Korean sauce, I went inside to ask if we could get a new sandwich without spice and they wouldn’t do it, they didn’t offer to give us our money back or even a drink on the house… any of those would have softened the blow. We aren’t from the area so maybe it was an off day but we won’t be returning.

A crust that is crunchy but not hard, batter that's tasty, light and enhances rather than defines the food. I had the fried tomato sandwich. Great. Servers were fast and friendly, kitchen was fast. Notice the downtown prices. Also dt parking. Delicious food, good service, B&H was a treat. I hope they make a food truck and I can take friends w.o. having the downtown aspect.

Amazing chicken sandwich and fries! I got the Korean chicken sandwich, which was incredible but also very messy, so be aware if you’re going to eat it with witnesses. The ranch is also fantastic.

This restaurant is located on the corner of 5th and Grace street. They do not have a parking lot so you must park on the street. When you enter you go to the left and place your order on the kiosk. There are different varieties of chicken sandwiches chicken tenders and sides. The collard greens were a little dry and could have used some pot liquor in the serving. The chicken breast that I had on my sandwich was nice and thick however it wasn't cooked all the way and I had to get them to recook my order and my sandwich didn't come out with all of the toppings like the original order. I went back again and she gave me the other toppings for my sandwich The sandwich however was tasty. The fries were good.

Buttermilk and Honey, although slightly overpriced, was a positive experience. Parking is a bit of a challenge in the area, especially around lunch time, but once you enter into the restaurant the ambiance takes over. We ordered via kiosk, which asks for a tip along with your order, which seems unnecessary considering you ring up your own food and retrieve it when it's ready. The restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We ordered the Smokey Chick and the Smashville sandwiches, both were delicious. Fries and drinks (sweet tea is what we ordered) are added on separately for an extra $6.50. Overall it was a pleasant experience, albeit not one I would want every week due to the cost.

One of the best chicken sandwich places in RVA. I got the Smashville, which was delicious and spicy. My partner ordered the Smokey Chick which was on the sweeter side but he absolutely loved it. Textures 10/10 across the board.

I have been to the one in Short Pump but I didn't care for the kitchen cleanliness. At this location, I liked the decor and the staff was nice. However, when I got home one of my pimento balls was crushed because the sauce container was placed on top of it. I felt the price was high for four and they were very small. Lastly, one of the male workers had long hair that was not tied back or covered.
