I used to love sheetz. But now you can never order delivery cause they don’t show up with your whole order and never get anything right. They used to be so on top of things but not even close anymore like I will never come to this location EVER AGAIN it’s just like irresponsible and inappropriate of the employees. NEVER AGAIN

First time visiting this location for some gas and to grab some lunch. Ordered and paid for a smoothie and some wraps. Got the smoothie pretty quickly, but waited super long for the food. Stood near the tables for about 10 min to only find out no one even started making the ordered. It was not even busy when I was there, only one order before a employee noticed I was waiting for my food. About 5 employees behind the counter, all talking and joking, with only one actually tending to the fryer. I was unable to wait since I did have a prior schedule I needed to tend to. I did get a refund for the food I never got. A pretty disappointing first time experience at this location. I don't know if it's just that day, but there are no second chances for first impressions. Unless you are able to wait for "fast" food, and have a patience of a monk; I will try to avoid ordering from this location.

LOVE that there is a scanner on the gas pump to use your phone as a loyalty card (why don't all Sheetz have this??). Ran in to get a cup of coffee, then felt a little silly when I couldn't find the coffee. They have these fun machine that grind your coffee to order. Not sure if tasted any better, but a fun process. Really nice checkout guy!

I like the store okay, and it's near my home. Just wish they would select another channel on the TV other than CNN while waiting for food or lottery tickets. I get enough of that network in the airports. How about some HGTV instead? I suggest your customers would rather watch delicious meals being prepared and tours of beautiful homes, than what passes for "news" on the CNN network. My dental office has HGTV showing in their reception area and frankly, as a customer, it's a calming relief to watch non-political programming during these polarizing times. What can be gained by potentially alienating 50% (or more) of your customers? Far better to pique their hunger for food and beverages!

One of the best gas stations in the area. The employees are really nice. If I need to grab something quick and eat or drink something while I’m in the car I’ll come here any day. The gas is quick and easy to use and if I accidentally go over they always give back my change.

This was my first time to any Sheetz ever. My boyfriend and I went, he is from this area and wanted to show me how neat they are. Fast food personalized food isnt really a thing where I'm from on the west coast. We ordered some food on the app and tried to use a coupon in store, the app was a little confusing and the coupon had a little bit of an issue. Big shout out to whoever the manager was at the time, a taller guy with white hair I think. I'm sorry I didnt catch his name, but when the coupon for a free drink didnt work, he offered a free one to us to save us time after explaining how to use the app properly for the next visit. I thought this was the sweetest thing ever and he should be commended for it. Like I said, I'd never been to a Sheetz before this, but with service like that, I'll definitely be back.

So glad for this review. I visit this store frequently, especially early in the morning. The customer service is excellent during the hours of 5am-6am. On the one occasion I visited on a Sunday evening. I've never seen such behavior from one particular cashier. We have choices in life. If you don't like your job and don't want to deal with customer service you should just quit!!!!!!!! Being unhappy won't get you far.

Place is alittle cramped but clean.staff are nice. The egg sandwich is awesome. The staff is nice.
