On a nice hot sunny day we decide to stop in for something cold to drink. As I walk through the door, the store was spotless an fully stocked.(My wife Love Snickerdoodles cookies) I was welcome by both employees, which made me fell very good. Customer Service on both woman was great. An to top it off one of the employee was very knowledgeable about the new app an what it has it offer. She deserve points for that one. This 7-11 mid shift was happy to be at work today!!!

Would liked to have given this store a better rating but one bad experience can leave a lasting impression. I politetly asked a store employee a question and he rudely and in a very awful tone replied. I had never had any problems from this location but I will not return with the way he responded to me asking a simple question.

Stopped by on our way down 295, even though it ended up being like 4 miles from the Highway. Then on a Sunday in JUNE past NOON there was only one of eight Slurpees favors done. The other seven were not even spinning up. Shocking and sad. We left and I stopped at another one further down 295 for their Slurpess. Avoid.

Badly managed for it to be relatively new. Always low on inventory (even lottery tickets). Personnel is inconsistent and poorly trained.

I've placed an order for delivery on the app on January 4, 2022. I received everything on my order except for one thing, I've tried calling the store but they didn't pick up, I waited and called for the second time to explain the missing item, never picked up. I'm not sure if they're too busy to answer, but they never seem to pick up the phone for once, other than that, it's not a bad place to shop at.

The store manager Jonathan was very unfriendly. And rude by over talking us when I ask a question.He did not speak to us entering the store.Nore said your welcome when I said thank you. Made my family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome 😞.
