12 Best convenience store in Richmond, Virginia (VA) 2024

I love this station. I always buy my fuel and/ or kerosene here. I have never had a problem with the fuel, though I have definitely have had at other stations.The staff are nice people, They always say "Hi". ~Mary

Don't go to the gas station they're not good people very rude people they made me wait more than 30 minutes because he made the mistake and he did not want to help me I just want to let you know guys ~sajib

On a nice hot sunny day we decide to stop in for something cold to drink. As I walk through the door, the store was spotless an fully stocked.(My wife Love Snickerdoodles cookies) I was welcome by both employees, which made me fell very good. Customer Service on both woman was great. An to top it off one of the employee was very knowledgeable about the new app an what it has it offer. She deserve points for that one. This 7-11 mid shift was happy to be at work today!!! ~MegAnVic

LOVE that there is a scanner on the gas pump to use your phone as a loyalty card (why don't all Sheetz have this??). Ran in to get a cup of coffee, then felt a little silly when I couldn't find the coffee. They have these fun machine that grind your coffee to order. Not sure if tasted any better, but a fun process. Really nice checkout guy! ~Anne

The gas pumps don't accept credit cards. They have the ability to, but I guess have decided to turn that feature off? You need to go inside and wait in line to prepay if using a card. Absolutely ridiculous ~Martin

Just know that at this particular location, if a specific item costs $0.99. They are going to ring it up as $1.13 plus tax. One thing I know about the Federal government, don't play with their "taxes". Find a different way to make a profit. ~Cassandra

Love this store and always have it's right around the corner they are friendly both old and new management they have everything and they have added slot machines we have Rosie's in the neighborhood, love my boy chris he gives the store character and everybody knows him. All they have to do is get someone back cooking like Krispy chicken selling wings and fries and it's over it would always be packed. Best store in Richmond..👍 ~William

I love 7-eleven, the employees are awesome. They make sure my food is cooked right, the coffee is fresh every time, the owner is awesome as well. I’ve been going to this store every morning and afternoon for years now. I don’t go no other store unless I need gas. If they had a gas pump, they would never be able to get rid of me. 🏽 ~Nytasha
