I love 7-eleven, the employees are awesome. They make sure my food is cooked right, the coffee is fresh every time, the owner is awesome as well. I’ve been going to this store every morning and afternoon for years now. I don’t go no other store unless I need gas. If they had a gas pump, they would never be able to get rid of me. 🏽

I visit this 7-11 at least 3 times a week. It always has everything I need, and I frequently need odd & end items. The associates are chill. It seems they retain employees decently well. You’ll usually see the same four faces. Kind of sucks it closes at 12 but Ppl have to sleep.

Online says 24 hours but they open at 6. Waited for them to open at 6am, no one opened. Pointless.

I went to 7 eleven. I met the manager or owner he was stocking chocolate candy behind me while I was in line & asked me if I liked the store. The store was CLEAN, FULLY STOCKED with the best snacks, every candy, COFFEE, it’s literally the BEST 7-Eleven I’ve ever seen. Plus it’s close to VCU campus & many businesses and apartments. So he had pens, all hygiene products; I mean anything you need is in this 7-Eleven! Good Job at this owner! -Lisette Q.

Great selection of beer and snacks. You get great entertainment when the kids come in singing we are in the ghetto. I am not sure of the location to the ghetto but the staff took it in stride.

If there was a option for no stars then I would have chosen that option! It's one thing to talk to adults nasty but to talk to kids nasty and then get an attitude when I ask you not to address the children in my class is something totally different! for the store owner to ask you to leave the premises because you didn't allow him to verbally attack children is completely mind boggling! I will never spend another dime at this location , and then you told your employees not to answer any of my questions because I wanted to know who I could complain to. BAD BUSINESS.

The staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in. The store is always clean and well stocked. The manager runs the store very well and always has a positive attitude. If there are any issues with customers it is usually because the customer causes the issue to take place. Fake money, stealing or being rude to someone working behind the counter to serve you deserves a good "counter jumping" if needed!

Rude employees who disrespect customers and say they don't have time to deal with them. They have friends hang out in the store and show off by acting out towards customers. If you work at a register then show proper customer service and ring up what they are buying , take their money and say "Thank you, have a nice day". Do not tell the customer that they need to come in and grab what they want and get out like its a problem for them to take their time to shop. This 7-11 is an inconvenience store. If you like drama then shop there.
