Best pet store in Midlothian, Texas (TX) 2025

This store is probably the worse retail store I’ve been in, in nearly 5 years. You can’t have prices all messed up around the store and know it but not do anything to change it. You can’t disregard questions about pricing saying most of a specific area is priced wrongly. If you work at a place like this, you need to have pride or your store will look like it did today with empty shelves, pee on multiple areas of the aisles, and customer service that is below par. Update: Manager called and said the price was above the shelf. That I was at fault for them putting it in wrong place. How they handled the situation deducts a star. Would give them 0 if I could. ~Markus
