Expect long waits, as most of the staff is too busy to do their job. Having refills there is always a struggle, they refuse to fill on the day they are needed, for example, a 30 day supply means if there are 31 days in the month you'll be without your meds for at least a day, unless they need to order them, in which case you'll be waiting longer. I made appointments for immunizations and was kept waiting while walk ins went first. Seriously, go to another pharmacy. The only thing this pharmacy offers is low prices

I go often to get medications for my grandma, and they are simply the best! No matter who is at the register, they are always friendly and very helpful. Even over the phone; I never hesitate to call them if I have any questions. Every time and anytime they are always amazing.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. We just moved and I miss the great service and efficiency of our old pharmacy! It’s been twice our doctor has tried sending a medication for my children during different time periods and they never have it in stock. You have to be on them about getting things done! I needed a medication transferred from a different city they told my husband they would need to call the pharmacy and request a transfer, 3 weeks later it was never done I waited on the phone with one of the pharmacist until it was done. I have to be giving them my insurance information repeatedly because they always say they don’t have it! When calling for updates on any prescriptions they are very rude and have even been put on hold for 30 minutes! I was told one of my prescriptions was not delivered by the carrier and that they would have to request it again... which made no sense I asked if they could call another local pharmacy to see if they had it in stock and they said they would call and give me a call back. Never heard from them again. I had to call again, and the person that helped me was nicer than previous ones and more helpful. All she had to do was ask if I was okay with a different brand of the same medication! Go figures!! Looking for a new pharmacy as we speak I don’t mind driving we picked this location because it’s 3 minutes from our home, at this point am willing to make the drive for better service!

I would prefer to give 0 stars. This is literally the most incompetent pharmacy ever - from the techs to the pharmacist! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not do business there again if it were the last pharmacy in town!
