I had an appointment for my booster shot, everything went well. Prior to that a lady was disposing of prescribed medicine at the bin. She said to me it was a safe way way to get rid of them not to get into the wrong hands. Later the young man that gave me the booster shot told her not to be putting too much of those medicine because it was going to get full. The lady told him that there seemed to be enough space to put more. This young man told her no, I sensed this young man has issues with black people.

This pharmacy (CVS at Lee Trevino) is the worst of all, reps (Omar O. And front rep) are rude and they failed to provided my prescription in full. According to them, they were trying to avoid running out of their inventory. Omar and rep told me we have plenty items in stock but just to avoid running out of them. What a joke! I'll go back to my previous CVS Montana even if that means driving 10 miles from my new address. Same day, I contacted CVS Montana reps were able to get my full prescription ready same day without issues. ThanksCVS Montana your are the best of all.

So, I made an appointment online for a second COVID booster. It took about 5 minutes to fill out all the demographic, medical and insurance information they requested. The day before my appointment, I got an email telling me that my appointment was cancelled. They asked me to request a new appointment. So, I did and again, I gave them all the information they were asking for. Again, the day before the appointment, I got an email saying my appointment was cancelled and to request a new appointment. This time, I requested a new appointment at the McCrae location. Same thing. Two hours before my appointment, I got another email saying the same thing. This time, though, someone from the McCrae location called me and told me they needed my insurance information. I told them I had filled out all the information they had requested online. She said they specifically needed my prescription insurance information. I told her I had filled that out online, even the information that was optional. She told me the appointment would be cancelled and to come in and bring my insurance card with me. Apparently, technology is not something CVS is very familiar with. So, we go back to the old fashioned way of doing things where I take papers and cards and fill out forms at the store. Jeez!!

Unreliable. I took time to schedule 2 vaccinations on their website. I took time off work to get the appointments which of course was my choice. Their choice was to not show up citing short staff. If you know your short staffed and needing to adjust your hours for the week then turn off the vaccination appointments for hours you dont plan to be there. Plus when your staff member walks by someone and their 3 year old child sitting in the vaccination area an hour before YOU know they wont be in maybe a courtesty of you addressing it rather than the customer finding out when they walk up front to find said staff member leaning on the front counter playing on their cell phone. CVS used to be a frequent stop for me. That ends with this display of attitude. Avoid this store location as they truely do not care about you.

Very friendly staff in store and at the pharmacy. Was first pleased with cleanliness of location. Well staffed all around. Kudos to the young man at the pharmacy helping the lady in front of me as she was asking a lot of questions and he was very attentive and patient. Pharmacy was gettin ready to close for their lunch break and a young lady helped me just as they were closing up. I didn’t want to take too much time so I just paid for the Rx’s. Next the cashier that assisted me at check out was just as nice and professional. He informed me about the CVS extra care which will allow me to get my Rxs delivered next time and that alone is worth the monthly membership fee. He was super sweet with my daughter and made a joke she still repeats a week later. I’m happy this is my new pharmacy now that we’re back in Texas. Looking forward to our next shopping adventure!!!

Didn't input my refills correctly then they didn't tell my doctor they were going to be out of the medication FOR 5 DAYS when he called it in. Completely unprofessional then them and their parent company CAREMARK who my prescriptions were covered thru cut my sleep med dosage in half and didn't tell me but thats ok because their pharmacists and nurse told me it wouldn't affect me...I HAD A SEIZURE ANYWAY. Luckily no one got hurt. When i told them this would happen every single person at this company didn't care. Now i dont care who knows what kind of cruel negligence they are capable of.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! The store it’s self is great but the Pharmacy is THE WORST went to my dr at 8:30 am because I wasn’t feeling well and left my drs at 8:50 am got to the pharmacy at 8:58 am and was told my medication wouldn’t be ready for 2/3 hours hours past by still nothing so I called just to be put on HOLD for 30 MINUTES I hung up and called 1 hour later but I called the store directly so they can transfer me to the pharmacy they picked up but just for me to be put on hold for another 20 MINUTES its currently 10:36 pm and my medication is still not ready never again will I be getting my medication from here Worst pharmacy ever!

I’ve worked at a busy pharmacy so I can empathize with a single person working a late shift. However, I do have a problem with someone knowing I’m there and not getting acknowledged. I said, “Excuse me..” and the person didn’t even turn his cheek. He did however have time to pull down his mask and take a sip of his Starbucks coffee. Priorities. Really poor customer service. If you need a prescription filled don’t bother going to this location.

Great customer service. You could tell that the pharmacy was trying their best to get through the many orders and prescriptions in a timely manner. A young lady named Mariana helped me with my medication on Monday. She was extremely friendly and reassured me the whole time. She even found me a coupon on GoodRx which was very convenient. Will be going here for all my future prescriptions.

If I could give it a zero I would. We had taken my husband to the urgent care next door and got medicine for him. They told us it would be ready at 3:20pm in the pharmacy. We are no were close to our house. It's already 6:44pm and they told us to wait 15 mins more. That's all we kept on hearing 15 more mins. 20 mins. We will call you. At 7 they told us that apparently they don't work with the VA. So we never got our prescription. They had us waiting almost 4 hrs with my 2 toddlers in the car. They could have told us this at the beginning. Never again. Don't waist your time!
