Went in here to look for a 5 star 3subject notebook. Brought a one subject to the counter and asked if they had a 3-5 subject one. The lady short curly dark brown hair white lady rudely stated she didn't know and that I would have to find it my self. Okay.. couldn't. Then I was looking for some vitamins. She walks up and rudely asks if I needed help finding anything probably was in the store less then 5 minutes.. and no thanks not after the first rude comment. Why would I ask for your help again so you could state how you didn't know and make me feel stupid for asking. Went to leave since I couldn't find anything I wanted and by then I was more then a little upset. She said in a seer oh did you get enough stuff? I ignored her and she shouted out again DID YOU FIND ENOUGH STUFF! I was tempted to go back empty my pockets and demand a manager but she had wasted enough of my time. Never coming back to this CVS EVER! It's really quite easy to have some manners and to do your one task working at a place like this "customer service" she would probably fit in better at McDonald's. Not sure if she would even have the qualifications for that though. 😒

Worst place to come to, first of all the pharmacist is quite rude, hard to understand, and has a terrible bedside manner although some of the techs try to help you out, not all of them! The girl at the front register thinks she’s Miss America, doesn’t smile or say hello and to top it off barely speaks English. I wonder how long that place will be open!???

Jennifer from the pharmacy is so amazing! She offered me a coupon to lower the price of my prescription, she went above and beyond. Great customer service and person overall! 😊

Made an appointment to get my booster shot and was schedule to get it,only to come in to the pharmacy and was told they don't have any.i asked to talk to the manager about this and she said I'm the manager. No wonder this company is closing stores like crazy.

I switched originally because of convenience and I was not waiting forever in my car. However, that sooned changed. It is frustrating--I am handicap and have issues walking, I use the drive thru because the pharmacy is all the way in the back of the store. I have been getting Claritin D through the drive thru for sometime. I show my ID because, pay, and get the medicine. However, today, I am told I cannot get it through the drive through. This was not the only issue I have had with them over the past 6 months but the straw that broke the camel's back. Their website is not intuitive and you cannot do everything like you can Walgreens and others. Why have an online system if you have them call pharmacy every time. The list continues....fortunately, there is a Walgreens across the street. I switched to mail order because I can't take them anymore - I get angry and frustrated -- they are not worth it.

Nigerian lady pharmacist who’s name starts with an I is rude and will ask you PHI questions out loud in front of other patients. Will also question you as to why you are looking at her name tag because it should not be important to you. (Her words exactly) CVS doing bad by hiring healthcare “professionals” with as terrible of bedside manner as this woman’s.

Worst customer experience from a person by the name of Cory. I went to drop off a UPS package location inside a CVS. This person gets paid to receive packages and was upset at me for asking her for some tape. I appologised and said I would tape it up and she complained more saying that everyone asked for tape and that this is not her job.

Its as if they hand picked the most unprofessional inexperienced pharmacists and plotted them all down on this one location. No one knows what they're doing. They screw up billing. Screw up the medicines. Blame it on the customer. Just complete negligence here that will end up with someone dead.

The customer service is terrible. The two employees that were there before close were absolutely ridiculous. The cashier “Carmen” needs a refresher course on what it means to help costumers without attitude. I’ll drive out of my way to a different CVS than go to ever go back to this one.

Good luck getting your COVID-19 test results. @cvspharmacy lost my results and they uploaded someone else’s personal information to my online portal. Called the location I got my test from and they stated they were having issues and that more than likely I would have to get retested since the had misplaced my test. Extremely unprofessional. This test is extremely important specially for work or travel requirements like yours. I had to get retested though the state a week later after waiting for them to “upload” my results. I also tried calling the 1-800 number for their clinic and no one ever answered to explain what happened and why my results never came in.
