8 Best pharmacy in El Paso, Texas (TX) 2024

I go often to get medications for my grandma, and they are simply the best! No matter who is at the register, they are always friendly and very helpful. Even over the phone; I never hesitate to call them if I have any questions. Every time and anytime they are always amazing. ~Melisa

I've used this pharmacy for years, and they are just awesome! The pharmacists are very helpful and go out of their way to give me the best price. I have a lot of medication allergies, and trust that they will check new scripts for possible problems. When my insurance changed, they set me up on the new one automatically. I'm delighted with their service. ~Cynthia

went before closing time and grabbed something to drink. staff was nice to check my items out an Ice tea lemonade and a vanilla coke for 3.25$ ~evilneck

This pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star they deserve several thumbs down. First off thier female staff need to be replaced immediately. They are all unprofessional. They don't know nothing there school wherever taught them wrong or they just don't care. Then the male guy chubby one doesn't know the meaning of time. He keeps saying 2-3 hours come that medicines still not ready. Why say a time if you or your coworkers don't meet it. The pharmacist valentine needs people that are reliable or just shut down. He is lucky people even go to him he isn't a big chain pharmacy but still manages to let the people down. I don't know if anyone else is treated like this or experience this or I am just being disrespected and discriminated or what but been waiting 4weeks for my medicine they say they don't have keep going and still nothing. I want to change pharmacy's but they don't want to release my prescriptions to take else where ~Claudia

They almost never have prescriptions ready on time. I call to confirm my prescription has been received and will be ready by noon When I went to pick up they tell me they’re waiting on the order to come in… 3 DAYS! I go back and now we have a problem with the brand name of the med not being covered by my insurance. So they have to order the generic brand. What a waste of time that place is. I’m moving all my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy. If this is the manner in which they run their business, I can only image the other mistakes and discrepancies that happen in that pharmacy. Get it together, people depend on you. ~Sarah
