They almost never have prescriptions ready on time. I call to confirm my prescription has been received and will be ready by noon When I went to pick up they tell me they’re waiting on the order to come in… 3 DAYS! I go back and now we have a problem with the brand name of the med not being covered by my insurance. So they have to order the generic brand. What a waste of time that place is. I’m moving all my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy. If this is the manner in which they run their business, I can only image the other mistakes and discrepancies that happen in that pharmacy. Get it together, people depend on you.

The pharmacy staff is disgustingly rude. Absolutely no people skills not customer service. They talk over you and argue and make you seem like you're the person who's in the wrong when all you're trying to do is understand and recieve your Rx.

The staff at this pharmacy is awful, inconsiderate, rude. It didn't phase them that i called ahead and spoke to Sara about filling a prescription for my father. She assured me she would fill it as soon as possible. I got the doctor to call it in and when I got to the pharmacy, the entire staff acted like I hadn't called and they informed me that it would be the next day. This pharmacy is right down the street from us, but I won't be using it anymore.

Lately it is very slow. I've had to wait in line for a medicine they received the prescription at 10am, i skowed up at 5, was told to wait 30 minutes, went back kn 45min and was told to sit and wait some more

These pharmacists are working extra hard during this pandemic and I can see that they’re receiving a much higher volume of customers because of it. This has been the best pharmacy I’ve used in El Paso :)

I have this pharmacy as my usual and although other places may be more convenient, I love this one. I find the staff bend over backwards to help me with my tricky medical issues. I like how they seem to remember things and check on me when I next visit. They're great at explaining new medications and talking things through. I really like this place!
