I’ve had issue each time I’ve worked with the pharmacy here, especially when dealing with the Covid vaccination/booster. Last time I had an appointment it really made no difference that I had one and I was there an extra hour between waiting and filling out paperwork…was a MUCH easier and quicker process through CVS. That time the staff was relatively rude/short with people. This time when trying to get a booster I was turned away WITH an appt. Their scheduling system let me set up an appointment, but because the new booster has been approved they apparently decided to stop giving any of the other boosters, even though the CDC did not say that no one could get the old booster/shot (I made sure while booking). They gave the excuse of the website was supposed to be taken down, but they didn’t do their due diligence of letting any of their customers know that had already booked/cancel those appts. As someone that is immuno-compromised and needs the boosters, it’s pretty frustrating to take time out of your day only to be turned away for something that directly affects health and well-being in a pretty major way with no resolution or help in a direction.

Pharmacy is completely incompetent, do not waste your time sending prescriptions here. Have a medication my wife needs because she is pregnant and they literally told me that they have it and it is in a box, but refused to open the box and would not tell me when the box would be open. I know Walgreens pharmacy sucks in general, but this location is bad even for them.

The service hours at this location are terrible. I have been to this location to pick-up my prescription 4 times and the pharmacy has been closed each time during posted business hours. Twice for a "power break" and twice because a pharmacist was not on duty. Guess I need move my business over to the Wal-Mart pharmacy across the street.

Never going to this pharmacy again. I tried transferring my prescription through the app for 2 weeks and never went through tried calling the pharmacy like 3 times a week with wait times of 10-45 minutes. Finally got through and they said they would transfer my medicine... Couple days later they say they don't have anything; it was the weekend I was out of meds and feeling extremely sick, they said they couldn't do anything since the pharmacy I was transferring from was closed I asked for them to do it on morning. It is Monday AFTERNOON nothing yet. I got tired called CVS they answered immediately and had everything ready two hours later.

Very incompetent location. Every single time but yesterday was the worst. Ordered photos. Received 3 emails and 1 text message that the photos were ready. Get to store. People are waiting in line as staff are chatting in the aisle “as usual”. Finally get waited on. Photos aren’t ready. Staff get them prepared. Then attempts to charge me again after I made payment online. I had to log onto my personal bank account and show him I had been charged already. Get to my truck and realize I don’t have all my photos. Go back inside and show him my online purchase and I was missing 20 photos. Clearly showed on receipt my order. So I had to stand there while they print. Not sure who are the managers but a shorter lady wearing grey shirt appeared to be a manager. Very unprofessional. Oh and I’m still getting e-mails today my order is ready and I’ve have the pictures.. Smh

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. Dealing with people at the this Walgreens pharmacy is PAINFUL and if you are already sick your symptoms get worse just by dealing with incompetent, rude, inefficient staff. You will at least have to visit the place 3 times to get your medicine right. They act as if they are doing you a favor instead of doing their job. AVOID this location at all costs.

went before closing time and grabbed something to drink. staff was nice to check my items out an Ice tea lemonade and a vanilla coke for 3.25$

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if I’m going to wait almost an hour for my shot? Same thing when I have to get wife and kids prescriptions. It’s got to be the slowest and longest wait for anything I’ve waited for. I’m not sure if it’s because the locals who work here are lazy or Walgreens has low standard for employee performance. And the fact that a good portion of the reviews are almost identical complaints indicates that management has no care or no ability to address the issue.

They filled my order with the wrong form of my medication. When I called to let them know that they would need to order the medication in tubes rather than packets (it comes both ways), they suggested that I have my doctor call in to CVS across the street, which is just what I did. They are horrible, and they have no intention of trying to be better. I hope their lunch breaks are long enough (really? What Walgreens professional staff take a lunch break and close down every day?) to get a nap in. Maybe they could get the energy to actually try to do their jobs. This is nothing against Walgreens as a corporation. I use them in other cities and they are good. This is about this Walgreens. Truly horrible.
