I love this store and sadly will probably still shop here at my own risk. I bought a flowy dress here and laundered it according to the care tag instructions. After if hung to dry, it had lost about 6+ inches of length making it unwearable. I called the store to see if there was anything they could do and there wasn't. It's a shame that they are selling clothes with their tags on it that have poor instructions that ruin the clothes.

This store is either racist or discriminatory of some kind. I’ve walked in here thrice, not once helped by the people there. Greeted or thanked. While at the same time I’ve seen white people walk in here be greeted, the ladies would take clothes to the changing rooms to hand it to them, ask them if they liked the stuff etc. And this me being visibly pregnant and trying to find something that fit me. Not once person was willing to even ask if I found things I liked either. What a Shame this being Hawaii.

I make it a point to stop by every trip I make and bring home a little sweet island treat for myself. The jewelery and clothes are well made, adorable, trendy and suitable for young and mature women.

As a Waialua local, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service at this shop. My mom and I, both life-long residents of the North Shore, were not greeted and looked up and down by the staff and ignored. Other customers (tourists) would walk into the store and be happily greeted and helped by the staff, while we were looked upon as intruders. It’s sad to see the north shore community be disrespected by a “local” store. If this is how they think locals should be treated, they go against the meaning and value of the aloha spirit. It used to be one of our favorites to visit, but will be no longer be going here and will let other locals know of our experience too. It is a real shame.
