Nice brand, good products, terrible customer service in the Haleiwa store. It took me 30 seconds to decide to not buy a product that I planned the whole week to Do it but the short Asian girl kind of kicked me out of the store with her bad mood and total lack of interest on having me there. ~Henrique

I love this store and sadly will probably still shop here at my own risk. I bought a flowy dress here and laundered it according to the care tag instructions. After if hung to dry, it had lost about 6+ inches of length making it unwearable. I called the store to see if there was anything they could do and there wasn't. It's a shame that they are selling clothes with their tags on it that have poor instructions that ruin the clothes. ~Chantal
