This will be the 3rd time I call or I get a text stating my prescription are ready , go down there and there not ready, worst ever only reason why I use them is that my wife's insurance is there, I'd rather pay more and stay at Walgreens

Good luck if you need to talk to a human being. I hope you like the call waiting music because you will be listening to it for a long time before someone picks up. Once you are there in person the staff is fantastic, super friendly and helpful.

Prescription was called in since 6th...was never filled because they missed. Had to come over and waited a while to get it filled. What a dysfunctional system in place.

like every other pharmacy, they get busy and have small delays sometimes, but I have never dealt with a more caring and accommodating pharmacist anywhere. He goes out of his way to make sure youre taken care of and fixes anything that'll make your life with prescriptions easier on you.

VERY SOUR EXPERIENCE... It is the third time that I am told by one of the pharmacy staff that my UMC healthcare coverage expired when that wasn't the case. I was told by "MC" that I needed the actual paper showing proof of my coverage. Whose fault is it? Wasn't mine. Somebody's not doing their part to update records or whatever. I lost an hour and a half just for one bottle of pills.

I have to give 1 star I wish 0 was an option. I called saturday to refill a prescription they said it be ready on Monday. I called monday before I left yes it will be ready at 11, according to Maribelle. I get here not only is it not ready but the main medication isn't even here. Please come back tomorrow. This defeats the purpose of self quarantine. That's for spreading illness.

These people care and that's why they at the best! Yes I've had to wait but they have gotten me expensive meds that I needed at an affordable price. You can't get Wal-Mart or any place else to help you like this staff help you. Frankly; I'm baffled at the other reviews. I won't get my prescriptions any where else. Update: yes another drug I can't afford and yup they got it for me. I'm not kidding, I'd be dead with out these meds and without this pharmacy helping me acquire the drugs that I need.
