I go in for hair washing only, the attendants have been courteous, friendly and have completely taken great care. I may have spoken too soon, it my be just a fluke too. Tonight I go in for my wash and there are two stylists, the gentleman I already know wouldn’t even attempt but the woman, whom I’ve not had experience with said she couldn’t wash my hair because she had carpal tunnel. Okay, has a disability and I will respect limitations, on the other her hand she was more than willing to give me a haircut and asked me twice, but she couldn’t shampoo??? I didn’t mention my extensions til afterwards. Quite awkward anyway, I’ll be back another day, but I did have to wait while other clients were being attended to be told that I would not be able to receive services. Tonight was a 00 star night

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I’ve been calling relentlessly trying to figure out the name of a hair artist I previously had and every time a lady rudely answered and would give a lot of attitude then hang up quickly. I stressed having this artists because the last time I went the lady trimmed my hair all choppy and didn’t do a simple V request… never coming back again needs better customer service and hair artists

Ive been going here like every 2 months for like 2 years i like tipping $10-15 because i want my hair done right but when i say cut my tips it dosen't mean 3 inches ive never had anyone cut my hair so wrong all the time i will not be returning someone even laughed on my way out he saw what was going on

I've been going to this great clips place since 2017 and I want to say, I do like the service. It gets the job done. I even want to say the hair cut itself looked nice. The big however is that my neck is now red and my ears are blistering. I'm itching alot and my neck and ears hurt. I felt like they should've cleaned my neck better. Either that or they used something I didn't know I was allergic to. Maybe the razer was dirty. I'm not sure. I didn't know the rash was going to happen as it only happened twice recently when I went there. I looked online and it said that it's the little dirty hairs that make that stuff happen. Next time I will be using my mom's friend who barley has my neck itch to do the job with hair cutting. Again most of the job was done well but I'm concerned about my skin too. Service: Haircut

The worst haircut my husband has ever received. It is completely crooked and they refused a refund and had AWFUL customer service. DO NOT GO HERE! Edit: haha- Great clips’ response is funny since I called the store and was refused any help, then called corporate and was told I’d get a call back and never did. Don’t believe they’ll help you either because they won’t. Bunch of liars and thieves.

Anita was great. Very professional and friendly. I'm typically skeptical, but it was honestly a wonderful job. The other workers were slightly rude at first, as I was told to register myself online while it was empty and they hid the lollipops from my niece, but glad Anita ended up cutting my hair. Would definitely recommend for the price, quality, and service - specifically from Anita!
