I went to this store on 8/1/22 (Mon) to make some copies. It was 5:48 pm when I entered the store and walked to the copier. A so called attendant came rushing to me to tell me that the store is closed. I asked why then the doors are open. She wouldn't let me use the copier to make a few copies. I told her it takes a couple of minutes. She wouldn't let me and escorted me to the door like I was a criminal. When I stepped out of the door it was 5:50 pm and the posted sign on the door is 6 pm closure. I saw one more customer at another copier. I have been going to this stores for the past 6 years and never had an iota of issue with any other smiling/helping attendants at this store. This Fedex so called employee is bad for the business. Oh well, there is always a bad apple in the bunch.

I had to 2 presentation booklets printed here and missed the chance to get a clear cover instead of a frosted cover. I asked Alex and Nikki if they can help me out. They more helped. They saved the day. Thanks again. We appreciate it.

I am beyond disappointed in the experience I had today with this FedEx location. I work for a company that primarily ships with FedEx so I’ve been to plenty of different locations to know what good and bad service looks like. There were 2 men working today on january 10th. One was Alex, and the other was in a plaid shirt with no name tag so he likely was the manager unfortunately. When I first went into the store there were about 6 customers waiting in line, and I understand that being short staffed can make employees feel overwhelmed but at NO TIME should that being taken out on customers in a very disrespectful and rude way. I walked near the counter to just ask if there was a cart I could use as I had many large boxes and couldn’t carry them in. I was told to wait in line… for a cart that was sitting right behind them because it was too busy. So I waited, when I finally got up to the front they passed me the cart and I went out to pack all of my boxes onto it. When I came back in, there were now about 10 customer waiting in line. So not only did I have to wait 20 minutes just to get a cart, I then had to wait another 20 minutes to get back to the front of the line to scan those pre-labeled packages in for a receipt. During the 40 minutes I was in this store I listened to the man with no name badge on rudely talk to multiple customers telling them they had to wait even for quick questions that anyone should be able to multitask and do. The worst part of this visit happened when an older women trying to use the fax machine told them that it was giving her an error message and he rudely told her that she can’t just request help and bypass the line in which she explained that’s not what she was trying to do, rather she was alerting him to an issue with their self service machines. He had a snarky reply back and witch she let him know he was being very rude. Another customer than chimed In telling him he was being disrespectful and that’s when both employees of FedEx gained up on the two customers only giving the excuse of it being self service rather than actually providing good customer service and letting her know they would be welcome to helping her once the time allowed it. I am so in awe that employees have the courage to speak to customers in this way when it is unwarranted and that a company like FedEx would actually still employ them. I’m sure that both employees felt they were doing right by the customer waiting in line, but at the end of it, their response to the customers created such a negative experience for every person that was waiting in line. I definitely will not be back to this location.

Closed 35 minutes early on a tuesday! I called less then an hour before I got there and asked a question about printing a prepaid fed ex return label. The guy that answered wasn't very helpful and apparently also decided to close early that day. When I was walking back to my car I saw two other people who looked very disappointed when they saw the store closed early. I didn't have time that day to find another place to print the labels I needed and I had to call and cancel the pickup I'd already scheduled for the next morning. The pickup driver showed up next morning anyway and woke everyone up, lol. It wasn't her fault though and she was very polite and professional. *Edit/Update* I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because the younger women that are usually working at the store in the mornings when I run in for copies are always really nice and helpful. It's always good energy from them. They greet everyone as they come in and say thanks when they go. I thought it would be fair if I raised it a bit.

Came a few minutes after 6pm today on Wednesday and the male employee shut the door in my face without giving me a chance to ask what was going on. I don't understand why they have a sign on their door that says they're open until 7pm when they close much earlier. I was very frustrated and they wasted my time. I will avoid this location.

I stopped in wanting to quickly drop off a couple of packages. I was quickly greeted and received my receipt, with my packages on their way.

I just sent a set of papers to 4 of my separate email accounts and none of them went through. I told the guy behind the counter that but he couldn't be bothered he was too busy socializing talking about how he's been there for 5 years etc. Total waste of money. I'll be calling to get my money back and I'm not going to drop this without it.

I had two packages routed here to pick up instead of being delivered. I received texts to pick up the packages and checked on line and both said the boxes where here. When we arrived, they claimed they did not have one of the boxes; we made them check twice more and they *found* it. Then, both boxes had been opened and someone went through them. at least pretend to tape it back up, but no, mangled ripped open boxes. And we weren't the only people in there at this time dealing with this issue. Never again will I use this office and I will never choose to ship with Fedex because their phone customer service is also horrible.

The fedex worker did not put down the apartment number on the package I was sending.... paid $39.00 in promise that it would arrive the next day at end of day. Package was not delivered on time (several days late). Called the fedex to see what was happening, they made me feel like it was my fault when fixing the problem ...was not offered any kind of compensation or way of making me feel like I was a valued customer. If I knew that choosing fedex came packaged with headache, stress and frustration I would not have chose a different service that actually delivers more quality to their customers. Should change your name to FedUp.
