Best passport photo processor in Pinole, California (CA) 2024

I went to this store on 8/1/22 (Mon) to make some copies. It was 5:48 pm when I entered the store and walked to the copier. A so called attendant came rushing to me to tell me that the store is closed. I asked why then the doors are open. She wouldn't let me use the copier to make a few copies. I told her it takes a couple of minutes. She wouldn't let me and escorted me to the door like I was a criminal. When I stepped out of the door it was 5:50 pm and the posted sign on the door is 6 pm closure. I saw one more customer at another copier. I have been going to this stores for the past 6 years and never had an iota of issue with any other smiling/helping attendants at this store. This Fedex so called employee is bad for the business. Oh well, there is always a bad apple in the bunch. ~Srini

Today around noon, I took my son to have his passport picture taken. An older Asian Lady took the pics, she did not directed my son the right way, when I received it I notice in the pic he was looking away and making a weird gesture, I asked her if she could take his pic again due to those reasons, in a rude way she said that the pic complies with standards ( which I understand) but I did not like that shot. I asked her if she could take the pic again and she started to complain and was mumbling things like “jezz! “ and the like, I got annoyed and demanded my money back since I don’t want to do business with people who don’t have customer service skills. She kept on complaining and being rude. What I feel clerks should do is to apologize and try to make it right for the costumer and not insist in justify their wrongs, avoid all kinds of incidents, and give the costumer options. Anyway, that being said, I am not returning to CVS on that location. ~Sandra
