Terrible service. Grooming people looks completely annoyed when I walked in to drop my dog off for his appointment for a simple bath. Got a call an hour later that they can’t bath him because he keeps chewing his paws??? I said yeah he’s probably nervous and it’s been an hour, why hasn’t he been in the bath yet anyway???? They just said “yeah it would be best if you just come get him”. They wouldn’t do the service. Completely ridiculous and will not go back. They just did not want to work and you could totally tell.

josh was awesome and really helped me out. i wanted a last cat scratcher but while taking it to check out realized it had dog pee on it. he checked the back for another and when he couldn’t find it offered to take 75% off. he made my hard day a little nicer. great employee :)

Store was clean, major dislike and why it's 2 stars. Over half the betta fish were dead or almost dead. The aquatic plants had mold on the top of the water. Not going to buy anything from a store that can't upkeep all their fish.

GROOMING IS TERRIBLE. i have a short haired dog who has been getting groomed, and what not, for years. We’ve never had an issue. I needed her to get groomed in a pinch and petsmart had good reviews. Well, they were terrible. I got her back and some of her nails were trimmed and some were not. She was still wet when I picked her up AND she smelled the same. And usually after her bath appointments, she doesn’t shed a bit. This time, she’s looks as if she wasn’t touched in the first place. And I was still charged 50 dollars. They said that she “screamed the whole time” she’s just a vocal dog. And when she came back, I could tell that she was scared. My groomer back at home (12 hours away) has NEVER had a problem with her. Sadly, I have to take her somewhere else and get her a bath again. Beyond frustrated and annoyed. Don’t take your pups there. Save your money and go else where.

Super friendly staff did a great job grooming my pup. Clear communication about how things went, and it's clear that they care about the animals they are grooming.

PetSmart is great. I've been in 3 different ones over the past two weeks and all employees were helpful and courteous. Took dog in for grooming at Sherman store and he was a bit anxious to come out of kennel. They called and readily rescheduled him for next week. They know what they are doing and have the animal's best interest in mind.

I had ordered two crates online an hour before closing, and they had the order ready within 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, gave me an adoption kit for my new dog! Cost-wise, things seem more affordable compared to the other P store.

While limited selection of pets, still good place to take your young ones. Some times they have deals on pet food on the top shelf, I usually go for my parakeets and exotic fishes for my nephew.

I travel from Greenville and University just to have Steven R. groom my anxious baby Jaxon. Steven is great with him and is able to get his feet lol Thank you Steven!!! We adore you 🐾💙🐾

Fish are horribly taken care of. Many dead fish. Moldy dirty tanks.
