The past few times we have picked up groceries the staff has been incredibly rude and have missed orders therefore having to return again to pick up what was missed. . Incredible for the past two months staff has complained we order too many groceries. Today my wife was lectured we had too many groceries and how to expect them to load groceries in her car. My wife has to get out herself and show the lady working how to stack groceries in a car. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon. What a shame

I've shopped at the Addison Kroger for years now. It's not perfect but everyone is always friendly & helpful. I don't understand the bad reviews. They are extremely short staffed, as are many places right now. I've done pickup several times & the only issue was out of stock items.. which also happens in lots of stores. I'm still getting used to the new placement of items with the remodel, but goodness... I've got more pressing issues than where the soup is stocked.

Pretty good selection of food, clean store. But, c'mon Kroger. You replaced you're employees with the self checkout, but half of those are closed. What, did the machines go on vacation? Maybe they wanted a raise. Very frustrating.

I've been shopping here for a while and always loved the staff and never had a bad experience...until today. I was attended to by the cashier Rizwan and he was the most disrespectful, lazy and rude person I have ever dealt with in my life! I proceeded to place my 7 gold peak tea containers on the conveyor belt and he yells at me to put them all back, that he only needs to scan ONE. I put them back in my cart (unbagged) and later I place a 24 pack of water on the belt. Before I even let the water go again he yells at me to put it back; this time he tells my daughter to scan it, so she does, and then he has the nerve to yell at her to put it back while motioning with his hands to "hurry up." We looked at each other in disbelief! Obviously this guy didn't want to pick up anything heavy and wanted to save himself the trouble so he had us do it. All the while being so rude and disrespectful and yelling at us. Worst experience with a cashier EVER!!! Do better.

Stay a×and from this store! Especially if you need to get money from Ria. It seems like everytime I go they are having problems with Ria. I always have to end up going to a Kroger further away. I went it in today because I was told that customer service opens at 8am. When I got there it was closed as usual. No one would tell me when it was going to be open. Now I have to go to a Kroger further away and end up being late for work. This is the crappies store that I have ever been to. I use to work at a grocery store so I know that when they are short staffed they are suppose to have a supervisor come and help you out!!

I waited for over an hour for my order had to go into the store after waiting in the parking lot calling the store numerous times, they didn't have my order ready and no one was even working in the pick up section. The manager lied to my face didn't even know what he was doing, at least he tried which is a stretch I need FULL REIMBURSEMENT for my order and the absolutely worse experience I have ever had in my life. I'm not even going to be a kroger member anymore after this experience. Terrible service and management.

Sharon, find something else, this isn't your calling. If you have to be overly dramatic w/ your rudeness, not wear your mask properly, chew loudly while leaning against the desk, ignoring customers...find something else. Kroger, help Sharon find something else. Anything else. The store stays dirty, she continues to walk off, or get entirely too close w/ her mask pulled down around her chin. The nicer Caucasian lady Elyse/Elaine and Sweet Jenny are better suited for the task of managing U Scan. Widen your store or at least open up more lanes so that we don't pile up on one another, backed all the way to produce to buy just a few items. Somebody please, tell the man stocking produce that if it's rotten, don't put it out for us to buy. I'm an ex-employee for a reason. The management program is tedious and most of them are burnt out bc of the "way Kroger is". That's no excuse, but again, ex-employee/manager, so I get it. But there's too many people here saying the same things. Their vehicles, like mine, have been damaged/ran into. The parking lot is an angry and uptight place to venture into and if this is the remodeled version, we should return to the blueprint. I'd say do better and hire better, but I know you won't. I'll stick to Preston Rd's location.

This is a small Kroger and they run out of certain items often. If something is on sale then it runs out very fast! They are almost always out of the cat litter I buy. Other than that no complaints, and it’s in a very convenient location.

I simply cannot say enough about this Kroger! They had just everything and anything you could think of from baby formula, flowers, meat, organic, cigarettes, pharmacy, gasoline, meats, vegetables, and fruit. It has no temperature checks, but masks are required. I would like to recognize Sharon at the checkout register by going above, and beyond by also informing us of other Kroger locations with clothes inside of them. This was a huge location with multi-handicap parking, and everyone was courteous, and polite. Kroger also has instacart delivery, pickup, fuel points, Kroger rewards, online shopping, and clean restrooms by far Kroger is tops today here in my book for shopping. Good job management, and employees the teamwork here is Stupendous!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Very nice Kroger. Well stocked, good sales, and very helpful people. The only critique is the parking lot is way too small up close to the building. I've never been here where they want a stack of cars trying to get into parking spaces. They need to widen the front Lanes and get ride of about 10 stop signs and things would good better.
