I stopped into this O'Reilly store a couple of weeks ago and they were so helpful. I had a headlight problem and suspected a fuse was out but didn't know for sure. A young African American gentleman helped me out and helped me get to the fuse box, where I could easily see the blown fuses. He helped me grab the correct ones and install them, so my problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes. It cost me $4.32 instead of $140 to have a mechanic look at my car. I didn't catch this young man's name, but my receipt says "Orlandar". Thank you so much for the great service!

Great place, wonderful staff, who helped with a battery check and reminded that, since I had bought the battery here and used my cell phone number a.k.a. account with them, I was eligible for a free swap, since my battery was showing that it needed to be replaced, these guys by doing their job right basically helped me stay on the road and not experience battery problems, also save me $125 that the new replacement battery would’ve costed me had I missed out on the warranty period.

The staff is really nice and they always offer to help me use the product I purchase when applicable. For example, replacing a battery or even just windshield wiper fluid. I’m a driver who didn’t even know how to open the hood of my car. I didn’t get any judgement and the employee simply showed me how and proceeded to work. It made me feel so comfortable! Thank you!
