The girl taking the orders in the drive thru talks to people like she is better than them, in a very condescending way. Couldn’t get her name but in case she was new and just needs to learn to be nice to people, she has a buzzed hair cut and wears her hat backwards.

I tried paying with app, but they said the system wasn't working. If you sign up, you can earn extra points for free stuff. But not if system has glutches! Otherwise, order was fine.

The week was long. But the barista was extremely rude. Ordered a grande but only was filled to a tall amount. There are plenty other Starbucks right in this location I would strongly recommend going to one of those

Horrible customer service constantly! I will be so happy when the new opens in granite bay on auburn folsom! These young kids need better training in customer service, I've been in the restaurant industry for 17 years and it's soo insulting to see these young kids conduct themselves like this and have no respect!

I understand that the Siren lured the sailors to their death with her magic song, but I am lured by the Mermaid's coffee, hopefully not to my death. But, if I have to die by the Mermaid's magic, peppermint mochas and bacon Gouda sandwiches are not the worst way to go. They do take a lot of my money, but I can't use it when I'm dead... So, thank you Starbucks. Life would be a little less without you.

Be prepared to receive instruction on how to use your mask to cover your face. The cashier WILL NOT take your order until they feel your mask is properly fitted to THEIR expectations. Now I understand why the drive-thru was so busy. I would rather wait in a long drive-thru line than be accosted inside the coffee shop. My iced skinny vanilla latte tasted great. Even though, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It's not a great date spot. There's nothing to do besides drink coffee and talk about how horrible the service was. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

The blended frappuccino turned out to be more like chunky iced coffee. Usually this place is pretty good so I'm hoping I just got unlucky with this one.

My favorite Sbucks in the area. Large inside table area with several tables, outside seating available, large dedicated parking area, and a drive thru if you need it. I always go inside to order and find the service fast and friendly. Drive through can be busy at peak times.... but a great place to stop in for coffee and WiFi.
