My wife and i went in to this establishment to look around and enjoy a glass of wine. We were never greeted as the owner was helping other customers. We sat down at the wine bar and another patron had to tell the owner to help us. Instead of politely helping us he said “you know this is for members only, right. Its the only part of my business thats non-profit,so...” We got up and walked out shaking our heads. Not once on the website or anywhere in the store does it say “members only”. Never offered details for membership or offered to help us find a nice bottle. It was a horrible experience so we will take our business to the local wineries where business is appreciated and owners aren’t rude and snooty

Marcus is the owner and operator of this establishment. His knowledge and expertise with wine is unparalleled!! No matter what your budget is Marcus will find the BEST wine at the best value for you! We have also attended several of the wine dinners he has setup with wine makers that he works with and those experiences are amazing! Great food paired with great wine certainly makes for a great experience!

Rude customer service...Go to Total Wine! I walked in there with a girlfriend on a Sunday, hoping to find a few nice chardonnays for a dinner party that evening. I inquired about tasting first, as to see if it was to my liking. The "gentleman" at the counter said they weren't tasting today. I said, "Awe..that's too bad." He countered by saying, "Well it's also too bad that I'm working on a Sunday." I looked at him thinking, 'Are you serious right now? Did you really just say that.' I looked at my girlfriend and said "Let's go to Total Wine." Total Wine got $400 worth of business out of us that day. They even let us taste whatever we wanted beforehand

Just spoke With Marcus on the phone to ask about bringing in a special order of Rhiannon 2017 from Rutherford and he was excited and eager to help get that in his shop for me to purchase by the case at the best price possible! Very helpful, kind and look forward to having my favorite wine available within quick driving distance!

Wonderful gem in Granite Bay. Great selection of wine. Tasting hours in the afternoon- early evenings. You can even order snacks from Source (the restaurant next door) outdoor space -but NO dogs allowed :( in the whole shopping center)
