The woman who works there is an absolute delight, but the man is incredibly rude. I have been getting my blood drawn biweekly for over a decade now. I know my veins. If a patient tells you they need a specific needle, and what singular vein you’ll be able to get an easy stick with, maybe listen to them instead of talking down to them like a child. If you don’t want to be at least moderately polite to patients I would suggest a different job. ~Jessica
