Everything was so reasonable, I was afraid they would go out of business. I bought a huge stainless steel crab steaming pot for $31. Amazing prices. Love all their stuff. Store was a little picked over not sure why?

I was helped by a gentleman named "Larry". He greeted me and my daughter at the door with a smile and some kind words. We came to BB&B later in the day and when we were about to leave we realized that our battery had died. Larry was about to go home after his shift and he took time to drive my daughter and I home so I could get another vehicle and jump my vehicle's battery. Such a kind soul and a all around quality person. Thanks Larry. Semper Fidelis to you from Brian, Lisa and Caitlin.

Was told 10 days ago that I had 2 weeks to come back for a credit on a purchase since I didn’t have the bulk purchase coupon on me that I was mailed since I recently moved. When I went back to the store the woman took a while and didn’t know why the transaction was giving her a hard time. Another associate came over (possibly a manager) and told her and me that “we are only doing the credit back for coupons within 7 days now …..no really we aren’t doing coupons anymore because we are going green.” Ok…which is it? If a new policy is in place an employee waiting on customers should know. AND IF YOU KNOW YOU WERE TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT THEY COULD COME BACK FOR THE COUPON DISCOUNT 10 DAYS AGO,…guess what ….it should be honored. That’s terrible customer service and I’ve worked with the public over 40 years. Poor. I won’t return. No way.

Love it.. they have a bunch of stuff you would order on amazon. Like silverware organizers, cooking utensils, an glassware... but the selection for plates is awesome. We got a set of stoneware plates that I have never seen before and we love them. No one I know has them. And the emoyees were soo nice an helpful.

The Deptford, Nj store was clean, well lit, and empty of customers unfortunately. The store still has ridiculously expensive curtain prices, which I was looking for. Even with coupon, their high. Have found comparable curtains other places at more affordable prices. I do check there for price comparison for gifts. They still take their coupons, which is a plus.

I tried signing up with their text offers to get a coupon and after signing up it says they will send me an offer in 24 hours… I’m guessing this is some kind of Corprate scheme to get you to buy what your there for and then trying to get you back in the store with a future coupon. Well all it did was irritate me into leaving the store without purchasing anything and going home and buying what I wanted on Amazon. Probably won’t being going back and wasting anymore time there. Good strategy…

Retrieval o your coupons off your cell phone has REALLY changed... I stood in line for over 30 minutes with the cashier trying to get my $20 coupon to work. It made me confirm my password, then change my password, then add a for digit pin, and it still Wouldn't work. I was very frustrated by the time I finally got out of there - with No Savings😟 Get it together Bed Bath & Beyond...
