I was in Mattress Warehouse and had a teriffic salesman named Bernard. He asked me what was I looking for and what were my needs in getting a new mattress. I told him back problems and hamstring and need a new mattress because I never sleep. He was very patient and kind. I tried many mattresses until I found one that fit my needs. He gave me a great deal!! I would highly recommend Bernard and Mattress Warehouse to anyone in need of a new mattress. Great experience!!!!

Worst experience ever. They guaranteed mattress removal no problem but then when it came to the delivery it was not included and an issue and they would not take the old mattress. Called the store to explain the situation and the associate was rude and told nothing could be done despite being told initially otherwise.

The salesman, Bernard, was wonderful with helping us pick out the right mattress. Delivery was quick. We were given a 3 hour time window but could track the delivery online. Got a call when they were on the way with our mattress. The delivery team was fast and efficient when they arrived. Our mattress and box springs are exactly what we ordered. Great experience overall.

My husband and I went to Mattress Warehouse just to try out some mattresses and thanks to the fantastic help of Bernard, we found one. Bernard is very knowledgable about all the different mattresses and was able to show us quite a few to try out based on what we were looking for. The prices there are pretty decent and their was no long wait time on delivery for the mattress we picked. Bernard, who was the only person working at the time, made sure that everyone in the store was attended to in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend going to Mattress Warehouse if you’re in need of a mattress, not only for all the different types of mattresses and their quality, but definitely for the excellent service we received
