I asked if I could use the restroom. They said it was broken and being fixed. Then I told them it was for my little girl, then she let us used it. Turns out it was not broken, they use the restroom to store product. Lol 😆

I definitely did not like that the pump shut off at 20 gallons. My truck holds 30 gallons so I had to have a completely different transaction to finish off filling my up.

I have now have had 2 cases of "that's not our problem" situations at this same location. First, car wash took money but would not operate. Go inside to ask about it, "that's not our problem." Today, paid for air machine. Would not operate because the air head was completely missing. Again go inside to ask about it, "that's not our problem." Your sign at street, your gas station, your parking lot, and your responsibility for the services at the location. I will push a car past this gas station before using it again.

I work super early morning shift and every morning at 3 AM he is nowhere to be found his car is there and the workers in the back sleeping I will call even knock and bang on the window. I know he is there because his car is there but he refuses to do his job like come on dude ur the only gas station open at this time. And you got the east shift.

This place is in a good location but the clerk couldn’t accurately add my change off 20.07 minus 1.07... pretty simple in my eyes . The computer should tell you everything....

Beginning to not feel safe at this gas station. Last few visits there were some vagrants begging for money. Nice employees though!

On 11/29/15. Just moved into the area. Cold front came through, it was cold, drizzling and dark about 7 PM and I got a tire sensor saying that the air pressure was low. I pulled into the station and there was a pay air pump. It only took quarters. I went inside the store and asked for change on a five dollar bill with $2 worth of quarters to buy air. The attendant demanded that I buy something before he would make change for me to buy air at this station. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. This franchise should be pulled. Not that it will matter to me. You see: I left and stopped at the Chevron station down the street. They let me make change to air up my tire and now they also have my business. The rude, greedy, mercenary Shell station attendant, has lost mine, my family's and anyone I can influence's business, forever.
