Went to this tmobile store at Chesapeake Square Mall to update 2 phones. I paid for new phones but received an old iphone. The 2nd phone was ok. I discovered the issue by going to another store for assistance becauseI had no contacts . I was made aware the iphone I had was an old one. The situation is not resolved. I am making a police report. I am a senior citizen. Beware!!!

Back in March I traded in my phone for a new one. Ever since then I’ve been paying full price for my new device. No matter how many times I tried to call the store they can’t be reached. I will see to it that this place get shut down.

Worst service I've ever had at a Tmobile store. The guy working was more concerned talking to his friends rather than help customers. Have had to call 2 times and the guy who answered gave me wrong information. Will go to a different store from now on

I upgraded this past weekend and was helped by Fred. This young man was very knowledgeable about the products my wife and I were getting and even put us on to some new apps we knew nothing about. I FLOODED this man with questions and he never stumbled. He had a knowledgeable answer for every single one. His customer service was exceptional and refreshing. I will be going to this location from now on with all my cellular needs. Thanks Fred!

Lost all service on my phone when I pulled into my driveway this evening. So I left to this location, it's closest to my house to find out why. I entered the store really upset because I couldn't get service. When I got service the rep I spoke with couldn't help me because it was only around my house that service dropped off. I had a bad day and was frantic and hate to admit, I was probably a pretty rude customer. I would like to say though, the 2 ladies that helped me were attentive and diffused the situation instantly. Shaleea Brooks gave me her card with her name and some information I requested on it.. I work in retail and quite regularly have to coach and train people in the art of customer service. I was very pleased with the service by both ladies this evening. My apologies for being so worrisome.

I have had several issues with this store and non of their associates were very helpful with the process of me switching. If I have one more problem I'm leaving. They lied to me about having credit for turning in my phone to get assecories and it showed up on my bill instead of it being paid in full. I went there wanting an explanation of why this happened and they said they would look into it. Also on top of that I feel like I get more help by calling customer service to check on my account than this location. I will only trust full on tmobile retailers. - really upset customer

Never again will I deal with the t mobile at Chesapeake Square mall. The two young ladies were more concerned with how they looked than actually doing their jobs. It was very apparent that they were there because they had to be there. The service was so bad that I ended up leaving and going across the street to the location that's right next to the auto zone or advanced auto.
