This was my very first time in any Sport Clips. I was greeted at the door by several very friendly employees. Roxanne was my stylist. She explained all the services offered and asked how I wanted my hair cut. Very friendly the entire time. As long as I’m in El Paso I will definitely be coming back.

This is the best place to get a hair cut. The mobile sign-up is great which allows you to “get in line” before you are even in the shop. So when you arrive, you go straight into the chair. Well, almost but it is next to zero wait time. And even if you get there and sign-in without using the advance sign in, the wait is not long. Even on Saturday mornings when the place is full, there are always enough staff to minimize the wait. I have never waited longer than 30 minutes. During that time, I read, watch the huge big screen TV, or work on my iPad. While I have had several of the staff cut my hair, Yanet is buy far the best stylist. I always walk out feeling “handsome” and that requires a lot of “styling.” LOL. Ask for her - she is worth the wait. Definitely ask for the MVP. It’s not too pricy and the over all effect on you is worth it. The shampoo/scalp massage is great; and the hot face towel is a nice relaxing touch. Also, the shoulder massage at the end is just the right way to end the appointment. Overall, I’ve had my hair cut all over El Paso — both in barber shops and stylist boutiques. By far, this place is fantastic.

I went in as a first time customer and can say I will be returning to this Sports Clips location. I went in as a walk-in and waited 30-40 min. I was attended by Bertha and can say she was polite and professional. As a first time customer I was given the “MVP package” at a discount. For what it included can say it’s more than a reasonable price. Only issue was that one of their card readers wasn’t working right but other than that the whole experience went smooth. Brought my son here fir a haircut. Stylest had little to no experience and wouldn't stop talking about nonsense. She ruined his hair. My husband warned me not to take our son here because of the stylists here being so inexperienced. Happened to my husband to. Stay away! Also sign was out said no wait! Went in it was a 35 minute wait. I asked why the sign says no wait and the girl laughed saying the managers wants to to keep it out there so people will come in. Very deceitful!

First time I ever went there and was so impressed. From the check in staff to how clean and professional the place was. My stylist Yanet was superb, professional, and so friendly. It was by far the best hair cutting experience and the price was truly a lot cheaper than what I thought it would cost. Can’t wait to go back. They’ve gained a new customer for life!
