I went in and ported 2 lines over from Verizon they added an extra line because 2 is the price of 3 went in to get a free phone for my third line and to my knowledge they told me it was an 3rd line active already . I️ will be reporting this to cooperate. This is highly unprofessional!

Purchased 3 smart watches from them last night. Didn't realize until I got home that they gave me the wrong size (I asked for the 40MM and they gave me the 44MM). Took it back to exchange today and was told I had to pay a $40 restocking fee because of their error. They showed me no paperwork and didn't have me sign anything when I purchased which I thought was a bit weird but they said I was good to go. They also put me on the $25 wearable plans instead of the $10 plan even though I specifically asked before I left of they were each on the $10 plan.

The actual worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was here for over an hour being passed around and ignored. Out of the 4 people working there, only one person appeared to know what they were doing, and no one else appeared to be doing anything. After standing and waiting for over 20 minutes, an employee dialed customer service for me and handed me a phone, expecting ME to tell them what was wrong. I don't know. That's why I came to the physical store. An absolutely infuriating experience--would not recommend this location whatsoever.

No effort whatsoever from this store. I went in on a few different occasions and noone would care to help, unless I was buying the newest most expensive phone. But on a positive note they have the newest phone in stock. I don't recommend unless you just need a place to buy the newest phone, then again I recommend buying it online if you can.

I’ve been with sprint since 2003 not saying the service was good but now that T-Mobile took over service has been great… unfortunately this store has no competence at all I feel like they do not go to work there or help anybody in anyway Hopefully somebody will look into the store ….If they had negative stars they would be at -5

Amazing customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable (kudos to LoRenzo!), I was made to feel welcome and all parts of my plan explained, along with upgrades and discounts I could obtain. Absolutely phenomenal - the best customer service I have ever received.

This location have careless employees. I was not greeted when I walked in despite 1 customer being there. Went there to get a new phone almost a week ago and the associate, Lorenzo, forgot to place my sim card tray in my old phone which was a major inconvenience to me. A different associate didn't even try to find it when I called and just told me they most likely threw it away. Lorenzo found it after I contacted T-Mobile. I come to this location because it's convenient for me. T-Mobile is great to me and I'd hate to give them a bad review because of their associates but this location is horrible.
