I went to Metro by T Mobile to pay my bill. I have been having issues with like spam. Stephanie at The 2751 Campostella Rd office was very courteous and efficient. She helped me with my payment and getting the spam off of my phone. I will be back.

Went in to metro on campostella rd in Chesapeake Stephanie was amazing she help me aquire my pin number that the metro by Youngs park said couldn't help me with. The customer service is the best so far I will be doing my business in this metro for now on METRO STORE BY YOUNGS PARK SUCKS

I went in to metro needing to upgrade my phone. The rep name sharifah was very patient and nice to me she even help me log in to my Gmail and Facebook. The manager name Stephanie is also sweet and patient with her customers. I will always come to this metro

I went into the metro on campostella in Chesapeake and Stephanie and sharifah took very good care of me. They activated my phone showed me how to get into my Gmail. Their customer service is impeccable. I will always visit this metro as long as they are there.

Stephanie was such a great help. I went in there to pay my bill not to long ago and her customer service was awesome. She helped me and spoke to my mother (who doesn’t speak English) she spoke to her in Fluid Spanish and helped her with everything she asked. Definitely going to be my go to store from now on!

I will report to corporate store to . This is one of the worst store. Stefany 🤮👎👎👎👎👎 I went to the store to switch two lines from Boost I said any phone is fine because for my 4years kid broke his display .Stefany told me If you don’t buy the case and glass headphones I don’t give the phone and She tried to overcharged me $170 And I asked why she said you have to buy a case and glass and headphones if not I wont give you the phone. And she called to cops on me For nothing. And cops told to me you can call customer service and you can report to store and I did Stefany omg is she Shouting on me. And she shouting on another customers to very very rude crazy metro I got very bad impression on metro By T-Mobile because of her . Pls give Respect on customers money . These people are trying to rob customers money. Very Badly I believe in karma. I work in American Express 200 people work with me definitely I will share my experience wat Happened today regarding store experience and regarding this company about that girl Stefany today you may loss one customer but Definitely tomorrow more customers you may Loose. Thank you

To my surprise I had an awesome experience I walked out paying less than I anticipated they have a program called acp wich is amazing for single moms the other metro store did not apply too much effort in sharing this info thanks to the Spanish lady for all the support and excellent customer service go and check her out Mrs Stephanie thanks again I'll be sending more clients your way

Today I came in to upgrade my phone, and the Store Manager was an amazing, I was confused on which phone to buy and she help me by doing the pros and cons of each one which made my decision easier. Then she was telling me about the specials, and let me know she had 1 tablet left and I had to get it. There are metros that I walk into and some Reps don’t even say Hello or acknowledge your standing there. She took care of transferring my apps and contacts, The customer service from her was The Best!.it’s hard to find that nowadays, but from here on out that store will Be my Main store. I don’t always do a review, But she helped me and went above and beyond for me, even tho I came at closing time, she still let me in, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left! I don’t know if the Head people reads these but I hope they do, because she needs to get credit where credit is due. Please keep her at this store, she is an AMAZING person. Thanks so much Mr Daniels

I'm giving 5 stars only to Ms. Christine who is an amazing person explained to me about the great deals on care packages. On the other hand one of the reps Susie or Susan was sending me out the store with JUST A PHONE. Why she didn't offer me a case and tempered glass I don't know. But I'm just thankful Christine walked in this store and helped me out, FINISHED SETTING UP MY PHONE!!!!!!! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER AND STEPHANIE WHO I BELIEVE IS THE MANAGER NOT REPS THAT DONT CARE TO GIVE OUT GREAT DEALS. When I was about to leave Christine stated about a great deal on a tablet!!! Now I have a phone with case and screen glass and a tablet. Thank you Christine!!! Keep up the great work ladyy
