5 Best cell phone store in Chesapeake, Virginia (VA) 2024

Today I came in to upgrade my phone, and the Store Manager was an amazing, I was confused on which phone to buy and she help me by doing the pros and cons of each one which made my decision easier. Then she was telling me about the specials, and let me know she had 1 tablet left and I had to get it. There are metros that I walk into and some Reps don’t even say Hello or acknowledge your standing there. She took care of transferring my apps and contacts, The customer service from her was The Best!.it’s hard to find that nowadays, but from here on out that store will Be my Main store. I don’t always do a review, But she helped me and went above and beyond for me, even tho I came at closing time, she still let me in, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left! I don’t know if the Head people reads these but I hope they do, because she needs to get credit where credit is due. Please keep her at this store, she is an AMAZING person. I went to Virtuous Cellular to get my Samsung S21 Ultra flashed and not only was it done in a timely manner, but I am overly satisfied with the service. I will definitely be coming back for all future needs. ~Chase

The customer service from, “Lateafh”, was fine. Unfortunately, after leaving this store my mother’s card was used for fraudulent purchases. My mother rarely uses her card and this store was the only one she was in contact with. Thank goodness my mother has a fraud alert on her card, who knows how many other charges would have went through. Also, it is very disappointing that there is no way to get in contact with a district manager unless to call the store and speak with an associate. It is hard to trust anyone at this store after an event like this. ~Tiffany

Purchased 3 smart watches from them last night. Didn't realize until I got home that they gave me the wrong size (I asked for the 40MM and they gave me the 44MM). Took it back to exchange today and was told I had to pay a $40 restocking fee because of their error. They showed me no paperwork and didn't have me sign anything when I purchased which I thought was a bit weird but they said I was good to go. They also put me on the $25 wearable plans instead of the $10 plan even though I specifically asked before I left of they were each on the $10 plan. ~Amy
