Had them do my rear brakes and rotors... which I knew were shot... and they noticed I had a missing wheel stud and wheel nut...which I forgot about. They did my brakes like I wanted, did the wheel stud and nut for only $13.00 more and were finished earlier than I expected. Mind you, Firestone wanted to charge me $300 to take care of the wheel stud and nut a month or so ago. I will definitely be a repeat customer here after today.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude. Paid $117 for a diagnostic. They hooked a machine up to my vehicle and charged me $117 dollars. I thought it was over kill! Employees talking about my vehicle while it was in the shop. My vehicle is a 2017. So couldn’t imagine what they say about anything older. I felt very unwelcome and very over charged.

I have been coming here since I moved to WV. They have always treated me right. Tried to get me in when they could. John and the rest of the staff are courteous and are willing to go out of their way to help. 08/06/2022 Update: Since John and Joe have left. I have tried several times to get in to no avail. So when I do get in for an inspection they said everything looks good except the front brakes. So I take it home and order brakes from Amazon, take half a day off, take the wheels off, pull the brake pads and they are just as thick as new brakes I received from Amazon.. I don't know if business is that bad that you have to lie to customers but you just lost my business after being a customer for 20 years..

Had a freak tire incident on Saturday morning on a vacation road trip. Monro was the only place we could find that was open. They immediately pulled our vehicle in their shop, quickly and confidently diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in 30 minutes! Just super nice people. We're supposed grateful.

Monroe used to be very reliable, honest and professional. Hear me out... Before a trip I went in to have one of my hubs checked. Was told that I needed rotors all around for the bargain price of 700 bucks. Nah, I thought... Took my trip, returned and took my vehicle to brit tire. My issue was broken wheel bolts on the wheel I mentioned and parking brake shoes plus the new rim due to the needed bolts. No rotor issues at all. I won't be back.

Had to stop for a wheel bearing repair on my way to OBX. Friday evening and one of the few places that could get me in. Scheduled me for first thing Saturday morning and got me in shortly after opening. Did the wheel bearing and when I left the ABS light was on. Picked my wife up at the hotel and stopped back at the shop. The mechanic said he new what was wrong so they pulled it back in. Came back and said it was ABS sensor broken but nobody had one in stock. I told them no problem I would fix it when I returned home. Just got it in to replace the sensor and found out the mechanic broke of the bolt for the sensor and put the hub in upside down so the sensor would not go in. I pulled it all back apart and fixed it. Very disappointed that the guy wasn't honest about what happened. The manager did tell me to send him the bill for the sensor and he would reimburse me. Just would like the mechanic to be more careful. I could fix the problem myself when I returned home but most people couldn't and would have had to pay again to fix the problem.

Had an urgent need for a brake job on a 2015 Colorado. I work crazy hours, but I called and they were able to fit me in. Staff was very friendly and they did a great job! No upselling and they were 100 cheaper then the dealer quote. Dealer left me hanging, told me they'd call when the pads came in. 3 weeks later, no call and it was getting dangerous! Thanks folks!
