Best auto repair shop in Charleston, West Virginia (WV) 2024

Had them do my rear brakes and rotors... which I knew were shot... and they noticed I had a missing wheel stud and wheel nut...which I forgot about. They did my brakes like I wanted, did the wheel stud and nut for only $13.00 more and were finished earlier than I expected. Mind you, Firestone wanted to charge me $300 to take care of the wheel stud and nut a month or so ago. I will definitely be a repeat customer here after today. ~AnnMarie

Hands down, best place ever! I don't know a lot about cars, but I know from personal experience that a lot of places take advantage of the fact women usually dont know much about fixing their car, but pro1 has always treated me with respect and explained what needs to be done in a way I can understand. They have also told me that I may need to get some work done in the next few months where as another garage would have pushed me to fix it immediately to boost their sales or whatever. I have never felt over charged or like I was taken advantage of at pro1 auto. Great staff, great work, great prices. I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it ~Mary
