If you go on Saturday the signs says open until 3 but 3 times been there 5-20 minutes before and they are close, locked and gone.

I am not a business owner, so my business at UPS is always of a personal nature, including the return of Amazon purchases, a return which seems not to have gone well with some people making comments here. Today, all I needed was a notary. I had never read these reviews before and I am surprised by them. I have always found the staff to be helpful and professional, bringing excellent service to any customers in the store at the same time I have been there.

I would agree that this is the worst UPS store I've ever been. This isn't the first time I've had bad service but today is the last straw. First, they have rude memes all over the store poking fun at customers. Today, I came with an order I need to ship out for my business at a size of 24" W x 6" D x 3" H. That's not an odd size yet they can't box it up because "they don't have boxes that fit". This is the only UPS store that doesn't follow as advertised. Can't run a business with this kind of service This place needs to be reported to upper hands. EDIT: I was told this UPS doesn't have the capabilities to pack it. I was willing to pay premium price to get my parts out for my business.

This place picks, and choose who they charge for certain items. I was charged for a shipping label for a free Amazon return. 3 Caucasian customers came in with the same kind of Amazon return, and they were not charged anything. Vashal has more excuses than anything, and is a complete liar. Very inconsistent, not customer friendly, and very unfair business practices. NOT A RECOMMENDED PLACE OF BUSINESS Don't pick convenience, over morals, values, and integrity.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Owner is so worried about counting pennies, he’s missing out on return customers and return business. If you’re shipping Amazon returns with this store, be prepared to pay for EVERYTHING. Even if Amazon says you don’t need a box, this store owner will make you buy one and charge you for tape!!!!

I love this store and the employees so much! Everyone is always so helpful and kind. I have had a P.O. Box at this store for about 2 years and I’m in all the time to pick up packages. It has always been a great experience!

Thank you ANNIE for the good customer service although it wasn’t a typical greeting it was very pleasant and she was very friendly. Mr SHIFT on the other hand didn’t acknowledge my presence when I came in after I stood behind a female who I thought was a customer she advised she wasn’t in line. When I moved up a little SHIFT said I’ll be with you in a minute while still packaging some items. I moved closer and asked him where should I wait he said there pointing to the next counter over or here to the counter he was at. Very cold and not inviting at all. A SIMPLE hello goes a LONG way to obtaining return customers. That’s when Mrs ANNIE showed up. The location was not busy when I visited so that was great. They have a mailbox outside the front door and the location was clean. Not sure if I want to drive back up here again thou especially if SHIFT is working. The four stars are for ANNE asking how my day is going etc. maybe she asked because I asked for their names, but non the less she gave good service.

I have a weekly print job that I get done in FL. This week I was in GA & this location was near. When I went inside there was a young lady Annie assisting a couple and another gentleman. Next to her doing absolutely nothing was another worker sitting under a fan busy playing his Nintendo Switch. I emailed my order to the store and Annie took a minute from the other two people she was helping to go print it. The borders didn't come out & the Nintendo guy suggests she fit to print which she went to do.. Out of nowhere comes another worker Vashal to tell me that the printer that they have had preset borders and it won't capture the borders. I mentioned that I get this job printed in Florida and have never heard of that. Vashal proceeds to tell me that the Florida printers are different from the Georgia ones (he said it with a straight face)... I said fine knowing he was just too lazy to resize the document and advised that I still needed it printed. Every week I have the document printed and cut in half. Vashal then tells me their cutter is busted. I'm looking at 2 cutters behind him. Annie knew he was lying but she did give me good scissors to get it done. Oh wait Nintendo boy did get up again when a regular came in with her son. He got up to go get a tub of cheese balls and proceeded to let the child stick his hands (not cleaned or sanitized) inside the tub and grab cheese balls. He then resumed his Nintendo duties (insert face palm) I actually needed to get 100 graduation invitations printed as well but there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would do anything at this store again. Annie thank you for your help & willingness to go the extra mile.
