If I could give 10 stars I would to the awesome lady in print & copy center. I received above and beyond service. When I walked into office depot I had no idea that her shift had ended. She answered all of my questions and helped me fix my online order. She was so polite and helpful. ~India

These employees seem to think it’s ok for people to steal from this target location. I witnessed a person getting arrested for stealing and these two statrting harassing the cop and his wife. What a shame. The manager Andrew witnessed the entire thing and said nothing! ~Jordan

Will not shop at this location ever. The manager on duty today lacked professionalism. I stood right next to her twice as I needed some information on something to purchase. She was on the phone and never acknowledged I was there on any of the two occasions.I went to the cashier and was informed that she was the only manager there at the time. Even after getting off of her call, she never acknowledged or asked what I needed. A simple I will be with you would of been Suffice. She simply walked away and therefore we left without making any purchases. I refer to her as she as I am unaware of her name but this incident is from today, May 21, 222 around 2:45. Customer service is really important. ~M

I would have given zero stars if it was an option. I visited the Douglasville Location Easter weekend. This particular weekend the store was offering 20% off your entire purchase. I purchase about $80 worth of items and realized when I got home that the discount wasn't applied to my purchase. I called the number on the receipt several times. Once I finally reached the someone and informed them of the error on their part, I was informed that I would have to drive back to the location for the error to be corrected. I explained to the "manager" that I am unable to return that day (Saturday) but I can return on Monday. I was told the coupon expired that night. I also asked if I can email or text a copy of the receipt. I was told no we don't have external emails. She also stated that I would physically have to be there to correct the error. The "manger" I spoke to was not willing to help me at all. I explained to her that I am a reoccurring customer and actually purchased items the day before with no issue. I asked if anything can be done or if any exceptions can be made due to the inconvenience. I was told it was human error and nothing can be done and to call back on Monday to speak to the store manager. I arrived Monday morning at 9am to speak to the store manager and was informed he doesn't come in until 12pm. FURTHER inconveniencing me because I took time away from my job to come meet with the store manager for him to not even be there. She could have told me that. OR she could have requested my information for him to give me a call back. I eventually gave up b/c I am tired of the run around. I still never received in compensation. I will never shop here again. Beware they will take your money and not care!!! They do not care about their customers or even have an idea of what customer service means. ~Donna

THE BEST MATRESS EVER . My husband bought my smart 360 Mattress as an early Birthday Gift, and is literally the most luxurious,comforting feeling when I get into my bed. It's like now when we visit resorts nothing compares to our sleep number mattress. I love the fact I can adjust my softness or firmness level at anytime! Korey Delaine was beyond helpful. I needed 2 queen bedroom sets for my daughters and he took he time to show us everything they had to offer. He was not pushing and was happy to help even after we left to go look at another furniture store before purchasing. If you shop there, ask for Korey. You won't regret it. ~TheQueen

The management and store is not doing there job at making sure the customers are seeing the right prices and the products are in the correct place and not considered withcorrecting the issue when it's addressed. I recently shopped there and the Precision Lawn Brooms were in the wrong spot with the wrong price clearly unlisted on the price labels displayed. I spoke to a cashier when I range up the merchandise assuming it was on sale due to it being in the wrong spot and he scanned it with a device and brought up a whole new price which was clearly not displayed in the price section or on the merchandise aisle. I spoke to someone in customer service which when I mentioned the issue to her she mentioned the same thing the cashier said and pretended the price was displayed even though clearly it wasn't listed on the aisle. I mentioned to her how that the issue can be confusing & frustrating for customers who may assuming it's on sale. After going back in the stor.e for something else later that day I noticed they put the brooms in the wrong spot again. The price was showing $1.48 on the aisle. Online $10.32 and $10.77 which isn't listed on the aisle. The price check device displayed $10.32. When I came back later the brooms were all on the $6.12 rack which will cause the issue again. I was just trying to address the issue and hopefully they will try to correct it but clear they're not concerned with that area of customer service. ~Diane

I bought this sectional 3 weeks ago. The seller told me it was real leather. The color is fading! The owner argued with me and is saying that I used bleach on the couch. No! I do not even use bleach. Why would I use any chemicals on a brand new couch? Do not buy from these people. I asked for my money back and they will not work with me. ~Nicole
