Tried to buy an item but they didn't have it in their system. Their employee couldn't see it in their system. She told me a manager would tell me the same thing. I asked if they didn't have someone who could put it in. She said she didn't think so. I ended up leaving without the item. It was something I had been trying to get for a while. This is not the first time this has happened. Very frustrating.

Got there before 9am to get an oil change. They didn't open til 915a. Sat there until 930a before I left. Not one person spoke to me or any other person that was there waiting. Worse service I've ever never received. The store in North Augusta has better service , as well as Take 5. I've never seen it this bad.

I went to pick up my "pick up" order today and was highly disappointed. I parked in a numbered spot and called the phone number. The system didn't recognize my phone number so I used my order number. It still automatically hung up on me. After trying several times with the same results, I was able to wave down an employee for help. I waited about 10-15 minutes just for him to come back and not have my order. Another employee walked out and handed me my order. When I looked in the bags, all of my kids school supplies was covered in orange soda. Absolutely disgusting! The employees had no sympathy or care in the world. Pick up should take no more than a few minutes. I'm never using that service again.

I would like to start out by saying why is Walmart making money off of us and we don’t work for them……you go into there store it is a hot mess, registers are a mess, you now get charged for grocery pick up and your employees do more talking to each other then helping customers. Do we get paid from Walmart to check ourselves out???? You have someone at the door to check receipts to see if items are stolen that may not be on the receipt if they are not in a bag… if you are so concerned have cashiers then you don’t need a receipt checker. We don’t get paid to scan our own items. Customer service do you truly know what that means????

I love my Walmart and would normally give it 5 stars but unfortunately when I was there they had just one cashier open and the rest was self-check out. For some of us older folks that's not good especially the ones on scooters and using walkers. Come on people doing away with people and their jobs doesn't seem productive in helping the economy get back in order. Please reconsider for the sake of our older generation and our workers.

Walmart is Walmart, but this location has issues with their customer service department. First they do not answer the phone. I know they are busy serving customers but Walmart is smart enough to figure out how to answer calls while also serving customers face to face. Next the employees at customer service need to be more eager to serve. It seems like they are working there against their will. Otherwise this location is very good. Just work on the customer service department.

My oven at home is not working so I was looking around for a oven but there were so many to choose from but that can be a good tool also it causes you to get the value plus $15 extra on warranty for this item which is not bad at all for EMERIL LAGASSE POWER AIRFRYER360plus and I also have the EMERIL LAGASSE POWER AIRFRYER360XL with FRENCH DOORS And 24 presets

Check this out!!! We parked the car away from any possible chance of it getting damage and look at what happen when i finished shopping here! Came out to find this folklift parked so slow to the car that we could not even open the doors to the car. Contact Management, they seem to be on top of things, ask was the car damage, and which it wasn't. However, i think they missed the point. Why would you parked a folklift this close to anyones vehicle? Whether, Mercedes, Honda, Chevy, Kia Toyota, GMC or any model of vehicle. Just stupid and ignorant employees, who has no respect for shoppers, or their property. This should have never happened. We found this to be Very, very unprofessional..... Therefore, shoppers beware... just crazy.

The management and store is not doing there job at making sure the customers are seeing the right prices and the products are in the correct place and not considered withcorrecting the issue when it's addressed. I recently shopped there and the Precision Lawn Brooms were in the wrong spot with the wrong price clearly unlisted on the price labels displayed. I spoke to a cashier when I range up the merchandise assuming it was on sale due to it being in the wrong spot and he scanned it with a device and brought up a whole new price which was clearly not displayed in the price section or on the merchandise aisle. I spoke to someone in customer service which when I mentioned the issue to her she mentioned the same thing the cashier said and pretended the price was displayed even though clearly it wasn't listed on the aisle. I mentioned to her how that the issue can be confusing & frustrating for customers who may assuming it's on sale. After going back in the stor.e for something else later that day I noticed they put the brooms in the wrong spot again. The price was showing $1.48 on the aisle. Online $10.32 and $10.77 which isn't listed on the aisle. The price check device displayed $10.32. When I came back later the brooms were all on the $6.12 rack which will cause the issue again. I was just trying to address the issue and hopefully they will try to correct it but clear they're not concerned with that area of customer service.

Management is clearly not doing there job, and doesn't take any precautions to make sure this store is clean, with products stocked in the correct place These photos I attached show items that have been here for over a YEAR, not touched. Stockers look at them everyday and do not clean it up. I see a lot of workers not working, certain items are never stocked, or taken out on skids to sit there all day. Do not come to this walmart I will be contacting corporate about the management of this location. This walmart is hands down the WORST in the world. I'm willing to bet money... I will be back to take more photos soon!
