My husband was recently admitted to the hospital and his phone was damaged beyond repair. The nature of my need for technology while in crisis required a significant level of sensitivity and pragmatic approach. On 7/12/22 at 1pm, I came the right place! The gentleman at this AT&T location were INCREDIBLE! They were able to quickly upgrade his phone, provided a new Otter Box, and suggested ways to maintain the functionality of the new phone. In addition, the overall store experience was delightful! The store was clean, the music was upbeat, and there was plenty of technology/ accessory options. I am so pleased with my experience, level of professionalism from the associates, and fun during my last visit. THANK YOU!

Had such a great experience at this AT&T location! My phone was not working properly and Kaelan was able to get all my information transferred to my new phone without being able to fully utilize my old phone. All 3 gentlemen working at this location are extremely friendly, professional and have amazing customer service skills. Thanks again!

My phone had been giving me problems. It seemed to be a "virus". I went to this location expecting to be told that I needed a new phone. KAYLEN asked me what the problem was, asked me to let him take a look. 15 minutes later he "cleaned" up all of the issues I was experiencing. AWESOME SERVICE KAYLEN. I work in customer. That’s all I have ever worked in. My husband and I have been an at&t customers for 6 months. It was our first time getting internet for our first home together. We had no problems. Then we decided to get 2 new phones and switch our phone service to at&t as well. A retailer set us up and everything went smoothly till we got our bill and found out the retailer wasn’t honest with us about our bill and when we could return the phones. My husband spoke with a different retailer who has been helping us since we first ran into problems. Her name is Alexis and she has been so patient, kind and understanding of our situation. She has been 100% honest with us about the company’s policy, rules and regulations and always takes action to rectify the mistake. I have dealt with a lot of at&t customer service representatives over the phone about our bill and many of them, you can tell by the sound of their voice that they do not care about your situation. They will say the same thing over and over again but word it differently. And it baffles me because, they’re suppose to be helping but instead they’re not even listening. Some in the Loyalty Department can be the same way. I wish I could remember the names of the ones who were just as kind as Alexis was to us. I wrote this review for Alexis that works at this location and for the people in Loyalty who treated us like people and not just another annoying customer calling to bish about their bill.

Emerson assisted me with a trade in. I was very concerned about losing precious voicemails and photos from my late mother. He was very courteous, kind, and assured that I was taken care of. He also put my screen protector on and was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

The senior representative totally resolved a problem that had been ongoing since October 16th of last year! My daughter and I ordered new IPhone 13's, her gold request was on back order and hadn't been available until the senior store representative at that store cleared all the red tape and my daughter was finally able to get her Christmas present! Thanks Genisis!!

My experience at this store couldn’t have been any better. Hal was absolutely amazing! He was such a kind, welcoming, helpful, patient, & knowledgeable person. He made the process of choosing & setting up my new phone a highly enjoyable experience. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone.

I came in today to upgrade my phone & was surprised to walk right in on a Saturday afternoon. Jehiel was helpful in the process and I was in and out in no time. He also helped me select a good protective phone cover for my new phone. And even though they didn’t have the phone in the store, it will be delivered tomorrow! Great customer service & a fun experience experience; what else could you ask for?

Genesis was the most helpful and patient person I’ve ever experienced at a store! She walked my Mom and I through buying a new iPhone 13 and switching our tv service to Direct TV Stream. She took time to explain everything and went above and BEYOND to answer all of our questions! She pays great attention to detail and was extremely personable. OUTSTANDING Service!
